This is the place where you can learn more about the father/ the liberator of Colombia, Simón Bolívar. The museum is not so well maintained, you find some of the buildings with mold and falling a part. There is a lot of interesting things to learn about Simón Bolívar. And you can ser his death bed, and a lot of his artifacts. And read some of his famous quotes. The ironic part is, that Simón Bolívar fought for freedom and equality. But however you have to pay more for your entrance if you are a foreninger. And we also paid for 3 adults (local) but we got, 3 child tickets. As they are more cheap. So it would seem, that the cashier could hustle the difference in price for the ticket. I think this museum should be for free, because it's the most important history about Colombia.

If you got nothing to do it's not a bad little spot to see some nature, learn some things about Colombia, and see some art, cost is about 17,000 per person and 23,000 for foreigners. Facility needs a little TLC.

Good place to visit, we had a guided tour by a 11th grader from 11 de noviembre school, Daniela was very knowledgeable and friendly, she gave us a detailed tour. You can compare and contrast old and new construction at the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Nice landscaping and you see iguanas too!! The local government should add funding to the Quinta, it is a historical site and some areas require some restoration.

Such a marvelous place, Amazing art you won't find anywhere else in Colombia... Terrific, and incredibly talented artists. A few marble statues of bolivar using classical knowledge, imitating Renaissance... Completely specchless... Besides a vast variety of plants in its botanical garden... Food has the price for other Colombian mini stores, so it's not expensive at all... As other touristic places... House of Bolívar el Libertador, it has everything well conseved

The place is pretty nice, but there was no light in some exhibits and several areas are closed due to covid.

Most of the museum is closed .... The botanical gardens are only half way open. Really nice historical place with the history of Simon Bolivar but that's all
