I
had
an
awesome
stay
at
Dreamer
Santa
Marta
last
month.
Such
a
cool
little
community.
Great
place
to
relax
before
exploring
Parke
Tayrona.
Pros:
-chill
pool
&
good
music
-
Good
Vibes
&
Friendly
staff
-The
food
is
the
BEST
I've
had
at
any
hostel
by
far.
A
special
shout
out
to
their
pizzas
&
pastas
(Pasta
Alfredo)
which
are
delicious.
Even
the
burrito
was
delicious
(being
from
SF,
I've
got
pretty
high
standards
for
Mexican
food).
-
Laundry
service!
(great
when
you
are
a
smelly
traveler
like
me
lugging
around
a
week's
worth
of
dirty
clothes)
-Had
the
chance
to
volunteer
with
local
children!
I
think
a
lot
of
travelers
like
me
would
love
to
get
involved
with
the
community,
or
give
back
in
some
type
of
way.
But
unfortunately,
I
haven't
found
many
easily
accessible
ways
to
do
this
on
my
travels.
Really
nice
to
see
that
the
owners
actually
care
about
the
community
they
operate
in
&
it
makes
the
whole
travel
experience
much
more
rewarding.
Cons
-the
line
for
checkout
can
be
a
little
long
(this
has
been
the
case
at
every
hostel
I've
stayed
at)
-The
vibe
is
great!...but
can
get
a
little
noisy,
especially
if
you
have
to
get
up
at
5am
for
a
hike.
Guess
you
cant
have
it
both
ways
;
)
Overall,
terrific
experience
and
would
highly
recommend
a
stay
here
if
your
looking
for
a
chill,
relaxing
experience,
with
good,
food,
company,
and
music
at
a
reasonable
price.
Hope
to
be
back
in
the
future
