100% recommended!!! stayed 3 nights: Great stay to a reasonable price including a good breakfast (coffee, tea cereals, fruits, omlette or scrambeled eggs, bread etc) the rooms are very very clean, AC, towels, soap, very good wifi connection and the whole staff is really helpful and friendly! Big thanks to everybody especially Lina who gave us nice tipps for Santa Marta and around. Felt very safe here and even had no mosquito bite haha :)

The personal is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with good air conditioning and a fridge. We came back twice and it was great and the staff was very welcoming. Also the breakfast is good.

Very pleased with the service from this hotel. I requested to check in early as I was not feeling well and wanted to rest. They let me check in early without any issues and pay the next morning as the card reader was not functioning. Yuri was my receptionist and was not only friendly and empathetic to me not feeling well, but she directed me to places in town as well as where to catch a bus out of town. My room was very clean, had functioning wifi, and good air conditioning. I managed to sleep without earplugs as well! All in all, definitely worth the price.

I recommend this hotel to anyone. Cozy and big in attentions to the guest. The staff goes above and beyond to have guests happy.

Check-in was very efficient. English speaking friendly and helpful staff. We had a clean new room with fresh towels, tv, aircon and a bathroom. Its quiet and it serves a good breakfast. Centric located but unfortunately there is not much to see in the city. Some rooms like ours unfortunately have no windows.

Unbelievable value, incredible service, extremely professional as well. There was a power outage and they had a backup generator kick in almost instantly to keep the a/c pumping ice cold. Highly highly recommended

A great place to stay overall Pros - The king room we stayed in (208) was brand new and clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the center with plenty of things to do. Double pane windows to reduce noise is fantastic. I'm a light sleeper and I was able to comfortably sleep through the noise outside with only the fan noise from the A/C. Cons - Nothing major that couldn't be easily improved. Construction is underway at the hotel currently (it doesn't look like construction will be going on for much longer, maybe a month is my guess) but they wait until 9am or so to get started to not disturb guests. No soap in the bathroom and wifi signal didn't reach the room.

This is a simple hotel, but very well run. It is clean, the bed is comfortable, A/C works well, good location. Inexpensive breakfast. Be aware: the shower is more or less cold. The staff are outstanding. Friendly and helpful. I became very ill during my stay, (nothing to do with the hotel). They assisted me, and took a genuine interest in my wellbeing. Muchas gracias!

Decent hotel relatively close to city center and market square. Rooms are small , but equipped with working AC. Interesting top floor which is not finished and serves as terrace ;)

Very clean and modern simple rooms. No frills but you can't complain for the price.
