Phenomenal place. It is close to many shops and eateries. The breakfast in the morning was great too. Lots of different options and a good serving as well. Lunch was also available for an extra cost if you told them in advance; this was great for days when we were hanging at the hotel. The staff was superb! From receptions to kitchen staff. Our room was clean daily and bed was made. AC in each room you control yourself. I would highly recommend this place. It is in an up and coming area and many more places and hotels are opening up making it a vibrant place to stay.

A bit pricy but has a good location, nice breakfast, helpful stuff(knows a little English). Only downside - No hot water in the shower Other than that, really great if you are looking for something a bit more than a hostel room but not like expensive hotels.

Worst service I have experienced in Colombia. We accidentally reserved for the wrong night and cancelled this reservation within 1 minute. Despite this, they still charged us for the booking. We contacted them to explain it was a mistake, which they didn't take in consideration at all. Next we told them we would change our travel plans to make sure we could stay there and they said this was not possible anymore (still within 2 hrs after the cancellation). They took our money and did not let us stay here. All along, their response was very unfriendly, and absolutely the opposite of what Colombia is. It really feels like we have been scammed. Many nicer and friendlier options nearby.

This place is a gem. Super affordable pricing. Location right where you want to be and safe and secure. The hosts are so very friendly and seem happy to have you. I would go straight back here if I return to Santa Marta. Nice little rooftop pool (not for swimming, more for soaking) is a total bonus

Staff simply incredible. Tasty breakfasts. Clean rooms and common areas. Very convenient and fair rates. Very close (walking distance) to main landmarks, restaurants, shops in the old city. I'll definitely return to this hotel when in Santa Marta and would not hesitate to recommend it. Loved it!

Excelent place to stay at Santa Marta. Rooms are very clean, they have cable and wifi. Breakfast included. Bathroom was very clean, included some toiletries and towels. Breakfast was so nice I am disappointed they don't serve lunch or dinner. There is a small swimming pool or jacuzzi in the last floor. Attention of the personal was excellent and helped me figure out where to go. I found prices excellent for the room and services. They accept debit and credit cards.

If you want to party hard, they tolerate this on the roof top and it's cool. For the rest of it... Most windows views are horrible, the pool is durty, and you'll probably have the chance to have a power cut that will leave you without air conditionning in a 30°C room, and the noise of a generator to make light and ventilators work.

If you want to stay near the center, and pay very little, this is a decent place to go. Within a walking distance to the old city, the harbor, marina, and lot more. Breakfast is included.

Great little hotel with friendly staff. Just a couple of mins walk to all the restaurants. Clean comfortable and very reasonable.
