Everything was great. The location, proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants were amazing. Will be going back soon.

At first I had my reservations but after a day they won me over. The people are nice, the breakfast was good everyday. Location is good. They have 10 cats on the property. These cats are very friendly and love to be petted These cats are fixed so they cannot multiply. They have a veterinarian for the cats and all of the cats are feed and vaccinated

Good view to the beach, nice environment, the staff is very helpful.

The room was not as expected. They wanted to charge me something I did not eat in the mini bar. The internet did not work. My son is diabetic and they had no consideration and on top of everything they did not wanted to give me my computer that I left in the front desk and was full of mosquitoes Nunca volvería a ese hotel me hicieron pasar una pesadilla el ultimo día

First time in Santa Marta and i decided going to this luxurious hotel, everything is so great in here, best part is the semi private beach to enjoy the ocean. Food and service where beyond my expectations, definitely i'll be back to re live another amazing vacations.

Good for tourism, bad for business.

For kids is a good place, a lot of activities. For just adults i will not recommend because is a small place and there is no place to be calm without sound. Pizza is so delicious. Gym is missing heavy dumbbells. Rooms near beach have a lot of insects. And Tammy room the air conditioning sound a lot. People are very kind. Breakfast a lot of options but fruit was not so fresh.

Very good and tiny places , around Rodadero. Very keen personnel, Safety and Health measures are very good way adhered to.

Very enjoyable experience at this hotel, which also has Cabanas which you can stay in. Nice bar outside by one of the two swimming pools. The restaurant is excellent, breakfast was amazing, the evening buffet was very good. The beach was literally 5M from the hotel, there were plenty of sunloungers and free towels

The location is amazing, the beach is just right there and you can enjoy your stay within the hotels private area, safe and secure. The rooms are clean and the cleaning daily is awesome. The activities are mostly for children so that was a bummer. Also, the bar isn't open until after 1pm, so that's a downer too. It's easy to find, the breakfast and restaurant staff are nice and fast. Would go back for sure!

Family place and amazing sea landscape!!

Rooms and amenities were outdated, but price was reasonable and staff was nice. Check in process took a while because they did not have our room until 3:30/4 when check-in time was supposed to be 3.

If you are hungry I don't recommend eating at their restaurant. It literally took an hour just to get a soup as an appetizer. Also, everything closes really early the pool closes at 730 and the bar at 9.

This place was Amazing, very very clean and secure. I highly recommend this place and I will be back.

Estelar Satanmar Hotel Nice place Good rooms Enough space clean room,view picture. Safe in room, tv, refrigerator and so on. You can order rooms or apartments/bungalows. Clean good area 2 pools Direct connection to beach with chairs, beds and big umbrellas Ocean clean beach little black sand clean. Breakfast time 06:00 to 10:00 much different food, from warm to cold, coffee tea juice. I think you found what you need 😉.

Nice hotel, good service, perfect for chilling out and rest. I stayed in a room on the traditional Colombian houses (2 story-houses) and it was great. The room was spacious,very clean a modern bathroom, air conditioning and even tv with high density of channels. These houses are right across the beach (5 min walk or less) , the beach is peaceful, great for bathing and there are some beach huts for shadow during the day, there is service of drinks and food at the sandy beach. The food in the restaurant is good but not typical colombian food, it is more of a continental menu, the menu has good variety. It has a voleyball court, The hotel doesn't have to many activities but if the plan is to chill out and run away from stress I highly recommend it

This hotel is old there is no if ands or buts about however the people who are running it are making a very good concerted effort in keeping up the place and having it being very good and comfortable rooms and installations. The pools are old and dated and frankly I didn't use them much but the beach is beautiful. They've recently made changes to the menu and pricing. Food is a lot less varied now and the prices are steeper. The service has also taken a hit and isn't as good as it used to be. Before you could easily order service to the beach and now you have to hunt people down to get a beer. This hotel used to be my go-to for a long weekend away from home and near the beach now I'm seriously considering searching for alternatives. Too bad, the beach is very nice, too bad the hotel is making changes, but not for the better.
