Stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night after our wedding party for a friend. Hotel was cheap enough and looked great in the Priceline pics. However when we got there it just didn’t seem to add up to the pics we saw. The room was extremely basic with hardly any decor on the walls (my girl is an interior designer) and everything we saw was just not as colorful as it looked in pics. The room felt like a jail cell with no decor and just a bed, a table and chair, a tiny refrigerator, and an AC (that worked very well). The bed was cheap and extremely firm, which I like but my girl not so much. The shower was supposed to have hot water but was not working so we had cold water for the shower. The breakfast was basic but good enough with eggs and pancakes with a mango and some coffee or chocolate. I’d stay here again if they fixed it looking like a jail cell and add better mattresses and fixed cold water. The area is safe though and we didn’t feel in danger at any time. Free Wifi was good.

It has everything you need. Personal is very kind and will do everything they can to make your stay the best one. It's close to Rodadero beach zone, banks ATM and restaurants. The only thing I didn't like was it has no view to the sea, but it's so close to it it didn't matter. Delicious food from the cafeteria, etc... I really liked it.

The rooms are really small and is not even similar with tge pictures, the pool is small as well and not even similar with the pictures, is a bit ugly place I would not suggest it since you could find better options in Santa Marta for a better price.

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is well balanced. Amenities are nice; very nice pool and bar. My room smelled a little.

excellent service, very comfortable rooms, very good beds, only hot water is lacking in temperature and the elevator is missing.

I definitely have to give a 5+ to all the people who work at the hotel.They are the best. To la Riviera bathrooms to small,dinner was to hot and small.
