Very
surprised
by
the
positive
reviews
on
Google
about
this
hotel,
seems
like
perhaps
the
hotel
paid
to
have
them
written.
Overall
my
family
and
I
were
thoroughly
disappointed
on
all
levels
as
listed
below:

(Olga
the
tour
lady
was
nice
and
efficient,
everyone
else
was
rude).
I’m
summary
we
were
given
a
dirty
room,
thereafter
were
transferred
to
another
partially
clean
room
with
no
AC,
then
I
requested
for
another
room
change.
Food:

out
of
10.
Poor
food
variety,
many
items
were
not
available
and
1/3
out
of
our
family
got
stomach
flu
most
likely
from
hotel
restaurant.

We
originally
reserved
Santorini
Resort
-
after
having
a
broken
shower
and
stained
pillows
we
requested
a
change
and
they
sent
us
to
Santoroni
Casablanca
(CB).
CB
hotel
was
better
but
the
beach
was
still
unappealing
and
we
never
saw
any
staff
member
placing
chlorine
in
the
cloudy
pools.
Management:

out
of
10.
This
is
the
culprit
for
the
poorly
managed
facility
(which
truth
be
told
has
potential).
We
saw
the
manager
at
a
distance
during
dinner
but
he
was
status
quo
and
uninvolved
with
the
hotel
experience
people
were
having.
Overall
thoughts
and
feelings:
if
you
are
accustomed
to
having
a
great
experience
with
food,
customer
service
and
cleanliness,
do
yourself
a
favor
and
do
not
go
there.
