Irotama
lago
was
a
nice
hotel.
It
was
clean
and
comfortable.
However,
from
the
moment
I
walked
in,
I
began
to
have
problems.
The
service
during
my
stay
was
not
very
good.
When
I
first
arrived
at
the
hotel,
the
person
that
attended
me
at
the
desk
was
not
nice
at
all.
Check
in
took
approximately
30
minutes
which
is
the
longest
check
in
I’ve
ever
had
at
a
hotel.
When
I
finally
finished
with
the
check
in
documentation
and
paperwork,
I
was
then
told
that
check
in
time
is
officially
at
4:00pm
and
I
would
have
to
wait
around
for
2
hours.
I
waited
in
the
lobby
which
had
no
fans
or
air
conditioning
and
it
was
extremely
hot.
There
was
not
even
a
breeze.
I
understand
that
I
was
early
to
check
in,
but
I
could
have
been
told
before
starting
the
process
that
it
was
too
early,
instead
of
being
told
after
30
minutes
in
such
high
temperatures.
One
person
I
would
like
to
shoutout
is
Cristian,
he
welcomes
guest
and
helps
with
luggage.
Cristian
was
an
extremely
nice
employee
and
probably
the
only
person
that
was
kind
and
helpful.
I
ended
up
staying
only
one
night
and
when
I
asked
to
have
a
late
check
out
because
I
had
a
late
flight
out(
I
would
have
to
pay
150.000
to
leave
at
5pm
instead
of
12pm),
I
was
told
the
room
was
needed
so
I
had
to
go.
Even
though
I
was
willing
to
pay
for
early
check
in
or
late
check
out,
the
hotel
was
not
flexible
at
all
and
the
staff
was
just
plain
right
rude.
Even
if
the
hotel
was
that
busy
and
it
was
not
possible,
they
could
at
least
learn
how
to
answer
clients
properly.
At
the
hotel
you
have
to
wear
wristbands
and
carry
around
cards
that
allow
you
to
get
towels.
The
hotel
food
was
decent.
On
a
positive
note,
this
hotel
has
many
restaurants,
there’s
easy
access
to
the
beach,
the
view
is
nice,
and
the
beds
are
comfortable.
The
hotel
overall
was
decent.
For
the
amount
of
money
I
paid
and
the
poor
service,
I’m
not
sure
I
would
come
back.
