The room is quite comfortable, but they do not have a variety of food, when waiting for my flight there was only achirasz, water, coffee and Coca Cola. However, it is a great help to wait for the flight in a very comfortable way, find the newspapers of the region and outlets to charge your electronic devices, the staff is very serious and they hardly interact with the users.

It is one of the most austere Avianca VIP lounges, it is relatively small. It has bathroom service, TV, productivity room and a good number of chairs. There was only water, soda, juice and peanuts. Zero food at 1.22pm

It was terrible. Horrible coffee, open late. Cleaning crew cleaning with strong smelling products while we were inside. Not recommended

Terrible experience, they do not follow international regulations and ignore suggestions. Regarding payments, they often make double charges and are negligent in refunds.

Poor effort for a VIP lounge. It has basic offerings only with a couple of soft drinks and coffee on offer with only peanuts as food.

Don’t expect an actual vip area, it’s simply more confortable but it is not an actual vip

Due to the new totally restrictive policy of the Avianca board of directors, the lounge was closed since December 1, 2019. Avianca continues its "flying at ground level" with more deteriorated services for its passengers day after day and is on the right track to disappear, scaring away the majority of its faithful users who, despite its daily abuse, still trusted in its resuscitation.
