Had a great experience for the purposes of our visit (English speaking traveler seeking rabies vaccine shots for minor dog bite). They charged ~$40 USD for the initial visit (the vaccine itself was free) and accepted credit cards. The doctor (Carlos) was very friendly and even spoke some English. The rest of the staff were also generally friendly and willing to talk via translation apps. We entered through the emergency entrance and briefly told the security guard the purpose of our visit. Once inside, we hardly had to wait to be seen by the doctor - basically went right in after being asked for a deposit (500k COP (which they didn't actually end up collecting)) + passport. The doctor asked some questions and evaluated the bite. Then he cleaned the bite and sent us to a different room for a painkiller injection near the bite site + a tetanus vaccine shot. Then we went to a different room to get the actual rabies shot. The nurse there provided us with a schedule of when to come back for the subsequent three doses.
