    Terrible service!!, There are no doctors to attend to the emergency room, there was one in the entire shift tomorrow!! one appears on a screen and then disappears, in the papers to call one, the triage nurse is supposed to organize them and they are in an order and then they change them. I asked for and they told me that there were 3 shifts left and now I'm down to 9!! I've been here since 9:40am and it's almost 7pm and not a single doctor has seen me. Just the triage. Total disorganization, poor service, no one says anything. This is horrible!

    Muy mala atención, todos están pegados en los celulares,tanto como los vigilantes como las de admisión de Urgencia. Aparte una atención muy malísima se supone que uno entra es por urgencia y toda esperar hasta 4 y quién sabe en otros casos más horas para q lo atiendan a uno. Dure 3 horas esperando y no habían llamado al primero aún. Que falta de respeto con la integridad y la vida de las personas q solicitan este servicio con la Clínica.

    As foreigners, it was clear they were getting as much money out of us as they could. Spent USD 1500 and two nights for a UTI. The second day, the doctor who was going to appear at 5 pm never showed up. On the last day, 2-3 hours were quoted before release. 6 hours later, finally they complete paperwork and release. Terrible experience of being placated and lied to.

    This is the worst hospital in whole South America! They will charge you double for things you dont need, they won't tell you about prices, they left me in pain, without telling me I need to pay even more than we agreed. I paid everything INFRONT and somehow they managed to ask more and more and more when I arrived in pain and sick without any money! Because we agreed I pay everything infront! Now they wont give me my results even I am begging here they dont play with my life! I said I will pay anything please, they do not answer! Please save your health and never go near this please. These people are just nuts. They dont care about you

    Un lugar HORRIBLE. Salí de ese lugar PEOR que como entré, salí llorando y llorando. Me hicieron exámenes, me dijeron que salí "PERFECTA", resulta que luego me enteré que sí tenía una FUERTE INFECCIÓN (afortunadamente me hice exámenes ese mismo día en otro lugar), tampoco me quisieron tomar imágenes, si hubiese sido algo peor ahí quedo. La enfermera que me iba a colocar la sonda pretendía colocármela con la cortina que no cerraba, mostrando mis partes a los pacientes, personal y visitantes que pasaban caminando, me respondió antipática que así estaba, tuve que buscar la manera yo misma, voltearme y cubrirme con la blusa. Me colocaron un medicamento para el dolor que sería agua salina porque no me hizo NADA, aparte, la enfermera ni siquiera colocó bien la bolsa, la dejó abajo y el "medicamento" no fluía, se me coaguló, le tuve que preguntar disimuladamente a otra enfermera a ver si estaba todo bien, llegó, cambió el tubo y bruscamente enjuagó la intravenosa. Al final, la Dra. me dijo que "TODO PERFECTO", me dijo que esperara a que llegara alguien para quitaran la intravenosa y a que me dieran los papeles; espero y espero, nadie llegaba, el personal conversando en la entrada. Salí a preguntar disimuladamente, entonces me quitaron la intravenosa ahí mismo en la entrada, y la enfermera me ARRANCÓ la intravenosa como si era que estaba destapando un inodoro, fue tan ruda que salí hecha un mar de lágrimas de ese lugar del dolor tan grande en mi mano. No entiendo para que estudian una profesión si no les gusta, si van a atender mal y de mala gana a la gente. Qué HORRIBLE lugar.

    Desde la 1 y 30 de la tarde en urgencias con un adulto mayor hipertenso y diabético han pasado dos horas y no ha sido atendido Es inhumano el trato a los pacientes y si pide atención prontamente te salen con groserías y haga lo que quiera
