    Although they have good medical professionals, the lack of training in reception and call center, together with the lack of capacity of the institution, can cause the assignment of an appointment to take between 1 and 3 months. They ask for authorizations that EPS itself says they do not want. If you need something in a decent time frame, better go somewhere else.

    Good service, good attention, BAD advice (they prescribe glasses that are useless, bifocals are the worst and expensive) Terrible management of complaints, the claim was made and they responded briefly.
