Javier was an amazing guide, he has so much knowledge of Santa Marta and taught us a lot about the city with a great sense of humour. I’d recommend doing this on your first day of your trip!

We had a great tour! We were unfortunately unable to get into the park as we arrived late but our guide did an amazing job of pivoting and took us to an incredible beach. I am excited to take another tour with Visit Santa Marta next time I’m in town!

I did the free walking tour around Santa Marta. My guide was Natalia, and she was amazing, made me see Santa Marta with different eyes, and learn so much about the history of the city. 100% recommend

We went on the Minca Coffee Nature and waterfall Tour recommended by Visit Santa Marta. It was terrific. Tony was our guide and was brilliant, a biologist and so knowledgeable. Had a great time walking, having coffee, swimming at the waterfall and learning about growing coffee, chocolate and bamboo construction. As an added bonus we had a beautiful lunch. Recommend the tour.

Jorge organized a little walking tour especially for me. He is very intelligent and speaks many languages. The tour was very interesting and I learned many new things about the history of Colombia and especially that of Santa Marta. Gracias!

We enjoyed a great tour from you. David was our guide and he was the best! Funny and informative and listened to what we wanted. The coffee and chocolate plantation was amazing and beautiful up in the mountains. Our driver's skills to get up these roads was thrilling! Group of 12, different ages and they made a great recommendation for Sailboat tour to Tayrona. We had an amazing time, the sailboat is in great condition and the crew was very professional and courteous.The tour included welcome drinks, lunch and snacks. The beauty of Tayrona is unparalleled, it was a great choice to cater to a large group. Some water activities included made it the perfect way to spend the day. I will definitely be booking with this company again on my next visit to Santa Marta.

The Tour Café was very interesting. A Great Adventure. The Guide Rosa was outstanding. She speaks a very good English and can talk about any subjects.

Cory the operations manager, David and Anna were extremely helpful and so kind when we had booked a separate tour and the driver never showed. They managed to get us a refund by helping us translate with the other separate tour company and then also book a different (but very similar) tour through Visit Santa Marta immediately. We are so grateful for their help, how nice they were, and that they spoke english because we only know a little Spanish. Thank you Cory, Anna and David!! Visit Santa Marta is the touring agency you have to use while visiting SM! Everyone was SO kind and professional. Javier, our tour guide, was very knowledgable on the history of Santa Marta and I learned a lot about pirates, Colombia, Santa Marta, architecture, etc. It was a wonderful visit to the city with my personal story teller.

This tour was recommended to me through a friend I met in my travels. It is absolutely worth it and its free (tips are definitely appreciated). Santa Marta has so many influences that affected its culture and architecture. Definitely do this tour once you get to Santa Marta!!
