We
are
members
of
the
hotel
and
we
see
that,
sadly,
the
Zuana
is
aging
poorly.
The
furniture
in
the
common
areas
is
old,
most
of
the
furniture
is
rimax
and
the
restaurant
area
looks
dark,
unkempt
and
poorly
lit.
During
our
last
stay
we
noticed
that
they
are
doing
work
that
consists
of
removing
the
tile
veneer
from
the
columns
and
instead
they
are
painting
it,
taking
away
one
of
the
most
beautiful
attractions
that
the
façade
had.
The
refrigerator
that
belonged
to
us
in
our
suite
was
damaged,
leaking
water
from
underneath
and
smelled
bad.
The
kitchen
furniture
was
crooked
and
some
cabinets
did
not
close
properly
at
all.
Regarding
the
service
there
is
a
lot
to
say:
1.
The
hotel
has
established
absurd
hours
such
as
the
waiter
service
in
the
beach
area
only
starting
at
10:30.
Many
people
come
down
very
early
to
drink
coffee
in
the
tents
or
have
breakfast
and
there
are
no
service
personnel
to
attend
to
this
area
before
the
mentioned
time.
2.
The
pools
only
come
into
operation
after
9:00.
But
in
practice,
they
start
working
half
an
hour
later
because
the
cleaning
is
not
completed
on
time.
I
suggest
that
it
open
earlier,
some
of
us
practice
swimming
as
a
sport
and
it
would
be
ideal
to
be
able
to
do
it
early.
3.
Incredibly
there
is
not
a
good
deal
of
coffee
in
the
hotel.
If
you
want
to
have
a
cappuccino,
these
are
from
a
Nescafé
machine
or
instant.
In
the
afternoon
I
went
to
the
restaurant
and
ordered
a
cappuccino
in
almond
milk
and
they
informed
me
that
they
did
have
milk
but
that
it
could
only
be
ordered
in
the
morning
during
breakfast
time.
4.
Waiting
times
for
food
are
very
long.
It
strikes
me
that
this
happens
during
low
occupancy
seasons.
In
general
terms,
the
impression
given
by
the
hotel's
maintenance
and
quality
of
service
is
that
it
is
not
commensurate
with
the
value
of
the
action
and
the
maintenance
that
must
be
paid.
I
hope
you
can
improve
all
these
aspects.
