A great hostel, very clean, the staff is friendly, the pool is small but nice, and the breakfast included is great. Pretty laid back place though not a whole lot of people staying here. Not sure why, the setup is great and it's just a few minutes walk from the downtown area making it quiet at night for sleeping but easy to access the fun stuff in town!

Nice, quiet place. We spent the night here to get an early start to Tayrona the next morning. It's about a 15 min walk to downtown and the ocean, so it's a little off the beaten path. Even though it was Easter week and thus prime tourist week, there were only a few other guests. There is air conditioning in the rooms, but only after 7pm and it is controlled by the staff. There's also a fan in each room. I was comfortable temperature-wise. The beds are decent, what you'd expect from a hostel. There's plenty of outlets, which is nice. There are big lockers, but they can be hard to get to as the room is packed to the brim with beds. The hole for the lock is also small, my friend's master combination lock was too fat to fit in. There are en suite bathrooms, but my one complaint is that there's no shower head, just a pipe. No hot water but you don't need it. Breakfast is simple: hard boiled eggs, bread, fruit, and coffee. Decent WiFi. The staff are really nice and helpful and helped us book our tickets to Tayrona and directed us where to pick up the bus.

Clean, chilled hostel with kitchen you can use. Good sleep as it's not near any noisy bars or restaurants but only 10 minute walk from the centre.

This is one of the best options to stay at in Santa Marta. Economic, clean and the staff is very helpful. Plus they have their own restaurant on weekends, and it's delicious
