Terrible experience, I took about 1 hour for our food to be ready. Around 40 after we ordered, the waitress came to the table to asked us to be more patient assuring the order was gonna be ready in less than 10 min, we agreed and waited patiently the additional "less than10 minutes" that turned out to be more than 15... I looked for our waitress to tell here that if the food wasn't ready we were leaving, she said it was ready and they were bringing it right away... I sat down and waited more than 5 min (at that point we were losing it), we decided to leave and pay only for the drinks. After heading to the register the waitress and telling the waitress to give us the bill for the drinks she made us wait about extra 5 minutes (another 5 minutes) to have enough time to bring the food 😳 Giving the circumstances you would expect the manager to be pretty understanding, to apologize and offer something to make up for the experience... However, it was pretty overwhelmed because all the waiters came in with the food on their hands making excuses and asking us to stay just to be cool... One of us asked for a discount or something similar and they offered us drinks... At the end the fool was ok, personally I don't think my plate was worth 20.000 you can get better food anywhere else there for the same money. The order arrived incomplete (missing french fries sides) and cold.... I only give it 2 starts instead of 1 because one of the managers came before we left and apologized pretty nicely and didn't charge us the drinks we had, he was understanding and friendly (as it should have been since the beginning)... I hope this review helps you to improve the service quality.

The shawarma tasted like they warmed up yesterdays meat. Disappointed ☹️

Waiters very nice but not good food. There was mold on the bread of the burger and the meat was passed... My friend not feeling good all night after eating it. I ordered a Shawarma with falafel and I barely had 2 pieces of tomatoes and lettuce in a very dry wrap. As well my maracuya natural juice didn't taste very natural, very sugary. Very expensive for poor quality of food. I don't know what happened that night, if this is usual or not but we don't recommend and we won't come back.

Food was good but we were overcharged here. Waitress came and asked if I wanted my shawarma with fries, I asked how much it was, she said it was the same price so I said okay. In the end they charged me for it. My boyfriend ordered a glass of wine. They came later and said they didn’t have that anymore and asked it if could be a Merlot without mentioning any difference on the price. Of course they charged us for the most expensive one in the end. And it’s not a standard glass of wine, it’s a tiny one. It’s just these little things that make you annoyed about a place. Complained at the end, the waitress said she was new there. And that’s all. Be careful with this place.

Good Middle Eastern food and refreshing drinks in the middle of the action in Santa Marta. Keep your valuables and drinks away from the main walkway if you're sitting outside--a woman walked by and stole one of our beers at one point.

Staff looked nice but service was terrible. We ended up waiting more than one hour for our food and once we tried to order more the kitchen had closed and they could only offer us 5 pieces of falafel (for which they asked 15000 pesos). Portions are small and quality is so so. After this bad experience the waitress demanded tip. All together I would avoid this place! Many other options in SM and this is probably one of the worst.

This place is awesome! All of the food was so good and it was super quick! We were there pretty early (5 PM) and were the only people in the restaurant. I ordered Schwarma and my wife got an Arab Plate #1; the food was remarkable! Highly recommend!

The service is incredibly slow. Sat there for 40 minutes without an update. When we asked for an update we were told it would be another 20 minutes to get our food. The music was nice and might be a cool place for drinks, don't go there hungry though.

Went there for lunch. Food, service and music were great so we decided to come back in the evening. Big mistake. Service was non-existent, waiters weren't very talkative. No hello, not thanks, no nothing. Ordered lulu juice, couldn't drink it. I drink lulu juice everyday in colombia and this was the first one I genuinely couldn't drink. Don't smoke hookah here. For what you get it's waaaaay overpriced. One of the worst shishas I've ever had...and I have smoked hookah in many places in the world.

We stopped for cocktails and dinner. The drinks were reasonably priced and the food was excellent! The location isn't quite accurate though, it's located a couple of doors closer to town and on the opposite side of the road.

What an amazing restaurant! They have a private courtyard away from the street, very quiet, lots of ambiance. The red snapper couscous was a whole grilled fish with vegis - amazing! The shrimp was amazing, too. Highly recommend this restaurant if you like Mediterranean, vegan choices and seafood. Prices are very reasonable, service was quick, portions are just the right size and great music selection is great! We will be back.

Made the mistake of not looking at the reviews. We had the meza plate to share. So little Lebanese bread. We had to order 2 more servings in order to eat the food. The food was not done correctly. Very plain tasting, needed to add lime salt and tahini to give it some taste. Also check the cheque. They charged us 8k more for a dish and only changed it when I showed them the price on the menu. it also took an hour to bring out. Not sure why since it's just dip and cut up bread. Do not recommend unless they improve their cooking standard. Didn't give a 1 because the place looks nice? If they ever read this. Please google out recipes of hummus and other middle Eastern dishes. Your place is cute, don't let that go down the sink with bad food and slow service

Food was ok, on a busy night on this street it advertised vegetarian options. We ordered 2, pasta was dry and uneventful. Falafel burger was good.

Went here for the shisha (25.000), which was pretty bad. Kinda looked like a hookah you can win at the fair.

great service (very prompt, muy amable), great setting at night food was good (marrakesh felafel with lots of sides. a very solid choice in santa marta historical center. where there are a lot of medicore and poor restos. Marrakech stands apart

Don’t go there!!! Falafel is a joke, for 6-7€!!!! Super small, tastes bad. No English! Completely overpriced!

I don't recommend it. Not that good. I bought falafels take away, so I didn't get enough sauce, no napkin, they wanted to make me pay for the service, +4200$,and ended up keeping 2000$...won't go back there 😓
