For me, a must-see place, it is a beautiful hacienda, full of history, the guides do an excellent job and at least in January, when I visited, it is not hot because there are constant strong breezes. In addition to the history of the house, they have a part that is a modern museum type where artists from the area have various works on display, in that part there is no guide, I would have liked someone to explain those works. Another point to improve is that I would like them to have more information about the pieces of ancient art from the period, who donated them or where they are from especially. What I also loved was its beautiful botanical garden, I wish at the foot of the trees they would put information on the species, years of life, etc.

Lugar bonito, tranquilo, seguro.

Any visitor to Santa Marta must visit where a great man with great dreams of freedom and prosperity for Americans spent the last hours of his life. Visit accompanied by a guide and rejoice and melancholy with the last hours of Simon Bolívar's life.

Place full of nature, culture and history.... To tour the last resting place of Simón Bolívar, find details and it is to return to that time with all the things you get.... The guides give you many interesting details, you should visit no not only the hacienda and the altar of the homeland, but also the museum is a magical and photographable place.....

It is beautiful in its structure, it has some rooms that have exhibitions. The entrance fee is $17,000 but it is necessary that historical information about the place be available along the way since there is none. Upon entering they offer a guide but with "voluntary" payment or else they do not provide the guide. In reality it should be included, because the tour is done quite quickly for payment, nor does it have anything additional.

For those of us who like to visit cities and learn a little about their history, this is the right place. The story of the death of Simon Bolivar in La Quinta de San Pedro is undoubtedly memorable

It is a nice place, a museum of the last days of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, the history will always be a delight, they also have modern art exhibitions, excellent artists, if you like culture you will love it, there are many trees and iguanas. Price 2024 adults $19,000 and $17,000 (seniors and children) it is worth going, and then going for a walk through the port society and the bay of Santa Marta, getting to know the city, the mint, the parish of Santa Marta , take photos to remember, buy things (souvenirs), there are restaurants, bars, soda fountains

👍👍 One of the most important places and tourist attractions in the city, because that was where the liberator Simón Bolívar was in his last days before dying. A place that has a lot of history because it was previously a farm where they dedicated themselves to panela, the tour guides are well prepared...
