Our
room
was
beautiful
and
modern
but
the
a/c
shut
off
after
10
minutes
so
we
were
moved
to
another
smaller
room
which
wasn't
as
modern
or
nice.
Same
price.
The
cabinets
were
loose
and
poor
fitting.
The
chair
and
table
on
the
patio
were
rusty
and
leftover
junk
like
much
of
the
"decor"
around
the
place.
The
bathroom
had
no
toilet
seat
and
the
tub
and
shower
were
missing
the
faucet
and
showerhead.
Those
were
under
the
sink.
We
had
to
get
the
staff
to
show
us
how
to
turn
it
on.
No
phone
in
the
room
to
call
the
front
desk.
Thankfully
it
was
a
short
walk
but
many
of
the
rooms
are
very
far
from
the
front
desk.
Paid
85
dollars
usd
for
this
room
or
about
250,000
cop.
Paid
20,000
cop
for
two
beers
at
the
bar.
Won't
be
back.
Invited
a
friend
over
and
she
was
not
allowed
to
go
to
our
room.
No
explanation
given.
Just
not
allowed.
Had
to
take
her
to
the
overpriced
bar.
Sure
the
view
is
amazing
and
the
infinity
pool
is
beautiful
but
its
way
overpriced
and
run
down.
There
had
been
heavy
rains
and
the
stairs
had
new
giant
cracks
in
them
which
were
being
covered
up
by
fresh
cement.
Landslides
are
becoming
an
issue
in
this
area.
I
cant
blame
them
for
that
but
the
whole
place
seemed
rundown
compared
to
the
price
paid.
And
can't
anyone
in
colombia
seem
to
figure
out
how
to
install
an
electric
hot
water
heater?
I
mean
cold
water
in
2018?
At
every
single
hotel
we
stayed
at
regardless
of
price?
The
best
feature
was
the
really
large
tv.
Maybe
60
inches.
The
cable
was
better
quality
than
the
other
hotels
with
a
lot
of
channels
in
english
as
well
as
the
usual
spanish.
Also
the
wifi
was
clocked
at
17
mbps
down
and
8
up.
We
make
a
living
online.
Later
in
our
trip
we
found
much
better
lodging
with
similar
views
and
infinity
pool
for
about
65,000
cop
at
the
Suite
House
next
door.
Its
not
as
big
of
a
place
but
the
price
more
than
justifies
it
at
1/5
the
cost.
It
also
is
much
cleaner
looking
with
bright
white
rooms
and
no
junk
laying
around
as
decorations.
You
do
have
to
share
the
bathroom
though.
