We love this cute beachy cafe!! We stayed in Santa Marta six nights, and came here for breakfast three times! They have healthy options! We recommend: iced latte, omelette con todo, waffle integral, cafe tierra alta, and omelette saludable. We will come back if we are ever in Santa Marta again!

Nice place normally shaded with a street breeze. More expensive than others in area but worth it. Great cakes homemade! Especially the lemon meringue 😋service can be a bit slow at times

We came in the restaurant on a Sunday. There was 3 other table already seated . One served and two others seemingly waiting . We ordered 2 capuchino, 2 milkshake , waffle with syrup and 2 omelette. 40 minutes seated and we finally received our capuchinos. . 45 minutes in and we received our food. 50 minutes in and we received our Milkshakes. I’m not saying it’s the worst breakfast service I ever received but the waiting time made it look a lot worst then it was. I’m still not quite sure what took 40 minutes to make a capuchinos. Lack of organization? Good thing the food was decent even if a little burnt. The Vanilla milkshake was wonderful. The strawberry milkshake tasted chimical. The waffles were good but not crispy. I will not return but if the owner read this, you should spend some time on training your personal to be efficient . Especially at 70,000 for a breakfast. Your spot is pretty but you can remove the bread crumbs between the cracks of your table . Just a basic hygiene necessity. All the best to your business. You can make it a great place if you really want to.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER, went there with my service animal and just after they brought the food they asked us to leave the place as we were having a “pet”. I Tried to explain the manager it was a service animal but the manager said it was not their problem and we had to leave immediately, expecting us to paid for the food we couldn’t have, overpriced place.

Disappointing visit. Having read the reviews, we were looking forward to lunch here. The cafe itself is nice, with good air conditioning. The frappe we ordered was good, but the pork sandwich was very poor. Almost no filling of any sort, and to make it worse, it tasted of nothing. For 18k cop I’d expect more. Also charged 10% service on the bill at the end- which is not what I would expect in a cafe (and not what has happened in any other cafe in Columbia that we have visited). In hindsight we should have trusted our instincts when the place was empty, and just gone to one of the busier competitors.

Beautiful cafe in the area! I’m so glad we found this place. Cute decor and cozy seating areas both inside and outside. Very good coffee that we even took home as well as a delicious breakfast. They had a pretty big menu with other options for lunch as well. They also have a lot of yummy looking baked goods and made some fabulous cakes/cakes pops in the bakery in the back. Highly recommend stopping here for very delicious coffee/food if you’re in the area!

Simply delicious & delightful! Today we enjoyed the Crepe with ham & cheese along with an omelet with smoked bacon, spinach & cheese. To wash down the goodness, we had lattes & Nutella cappuccino. These were the best crepes I’ve ever had in my life. The texture was spot on alongside the flavor. Great job! We originally went in to see if they sold coffee by the pound... they do & it is so good! We highly recommend this cute establishment!

Nice place to have coffee and some dessert. Average good service, waitress forgot one espresso but nothing to worry about. Cosy place, nicely decorated, soft chill music Great coffee, nice milkshakes, awesome desserts.

Good spot! The coffee options were diverse and tasty, the omelette was good. Reasonably priced! There was only one employee working at the time, and she was working hard.

The waffles were great! Crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The eggs verde with spinach and avocado could’ve used a bit more spices. Vanilla cappuccino was amazing and actually had some foam! Service was good and fast.

As strange as it sounds, we had been struggling getting a good coffee in Rodadero. It was a huge relief stumbling on Café Altamar- the coffee was perfect (plentiful and strong). A good selection of sweet and savoury meals and snacks available. The place is spotlessly clean and you can see the staff making cakes for (presumably) sale - it must double-up as a cake shop.

👍 Vegetarian and vegan restaurant with great concept (organic, local, fair and coffee from own farm). Friendly service, which is however very slow. We waited very long for our drinks and for the food. The food was very tasty, especially the pasta "Primavera." The atmosphere is very nice and cozy.

🫤 We had the Beyond Burger and it was really good. Unfortunately it’s extremely expensive. We paid over 100’000 COP for two burgers with fries and one beer. Further, the portions are too small. They even tried to double charge the fries!
