Unfortunately two stars for the mediocre and unorganized service. We did not accept to be charged with the service . Do recognize food is great , but served in different times: first one lentil soup, then the beverages, after certain long time 3 dishes and then after other long time the two other dishes.....we were five people . Sorry to say , but the waitress Erika was not covering all she had to do. Asked many times for the ice cream menu without success. Honestly we did not have a good time. Good uniforms, a lot of waitresses , kind of nice ambience, nice culinary but .......terrible service

For over 20 years my family and I have been regulars at Crepes & Waffles at different locations in Colombia. We love the place, the waiters, the food, and the prices so much that we don't really care about waiting in line every now and then. However, the experience at this location left us rather disappointed in several aspects. Start with how crowded the place usually is. It looks insanely packed inside, let alone the 20+ minute wait in the outside heat that leaves you exhausted. Despite the high number of servers they always seem to be understaffed and unable to help patrons effectively and timely. Great examples of this are the 30 minute wait to get your orders and how unattended their salad bar was, no utensils, not enough food, stale items, you name it. During my visit, I tried to get my salad over 4 different times and there was always something missing despite my constant complaints to different waiters. Also, my water never arrived nor did the extra serving of chicken I ordered. I noticed an unusual interest in them selling you bottled water instead of offering their free of charge filtered option. When someone orders filtered water they immediately suggest it is not a good idea for visitors in the area to drink this kind of water in Santa Marta, no matter how appropriately filtered it is, it could get you SICK. After such a warning, your common patron will of course order their bottled, rather expensive, water option. What a surprise when their waiters confide you they use the exact same filtered water in making their smoothies and juices. TOTAL NONSENSE! At the end of our visit I demanded to speak with the manager and got nothing, not even an apology.

Delicious and healthy food. The salads are outstanding. Fast service. Smile workers. Efficiency is the key to a successful business.

They never disappoint!! I eat here every time I am in the area. Their service is excellent, food is great. Love their vegetarian menu! You may encounter a waiting line depending on the time of the day but it moves quickly. They have outside eating area on both sides of the restaurant and if I am having a meal, I rather eat inside (if I am having just ice cream, then outside is perfect). I tried Their mango biche lemonade and it was the best juice I have tried in a while!

I was here 5 years ago. The service at that time was quick and the food was very tasty. Prices were average and portions were normal. Now food is still good, price and portions are ok but the service is slow. There are many people waiting in line and when you're inside of the restaurant you've to wait for the order and food. If you're starving find another place.

This is a typical Crepes y Waffles, same food, same atmosphere and same bad service as most of them are. Actually, the service here was poor even for Colombia. They were completely organized and with no attention to detail. Ordered water and they brought 1 glass even though we were two. Asked for a second glass, and it took them 10 minutes to bring it, after asking three times. In fact they were so bad that when I asked for the bill the waitress didn’t bother to ask if we wanted to include the service tip.

A great experience. Truly depends on when you go to this place because it can get very crowded. I've tasted a crepe with chicken and a creamy sauce (not sure what was the exact name on the menu) but it was super delicious, the combination of all ingredients was very satisfying. In the end, I've tried the Choco Rocher ice cream and an absolute blast! I'd recommend this place.

The places is nice, good service but they offer things in the menu that actually they don't have, in my case: mini waffle de yuca and waffle de chocolo. This was the first time in any Crepes where I've been that I couldn't find decaffeinated coffee, so at the end I couldn't order anything.

By far the best Crepes and Waffles that I visited. The food is good and the service is very good. Unlike the other Crepes and Waffles the service here is way better. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The quality of the food is on par with all the other Crepes and Waffles outlets.

I’ve been in multiple Crepes & Waffles and this one shows how good it is. The service was quick enough for 8 people. The food was fresh and well served. There is a multiple choice of food, drinks and desserts. I recommend to arrive early in the morning or lunch time. Because later in the day there’s a line to wait outside.

Very crowded, slow service. We were waiting more then 45min for crepes, then our ice-creams were served half melting, the food is ok, like in any of this restaurants, but its definitely not worth to spend more then two our for lunch.

Crepes is always good but it took over 30 minutes for the crepe to be ready. I had never had this type of experience at a Crepes before. The seafood crepes can be a little small too.

Great value. Great food. Recommened. Consistently good across the country. Do not hesitate. Wednwsday lunchtime. Full of people but always peaceful. Best coconut lemonade you will get anywhere.

What a great French restaurant with a full menu for every meal. Excellent staff and service. They also are co-located with an awesome Ice Cream store! A great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My only complaint is this...no Men's restroom! They have a Woman's restroom inside the Crepes & Waffles facility but Men have to exit the restaurant and walk quite a way to find the public restroom for Males located elsewhere in the shopping center. How is that not sexist?

I enjoy the experience it was my first time the staff was very pleasant and attentive. I had a crepe with the ham. The ham was very thin and did not taste Smokey at all It had a very bland taste to it and the presentation was just as bland as the taste no garnish at all. I love the little dolls that you have sitting at the table ice cream I must say that the ice cream was incredible it was delicious It was worth the experience. Please tell my little friends I said hello thank you LoL

Been here many times for breakfast. This time was a good one, Rosarito eggs were delicious. Chocolatada was god as well. Choclo waffle was great. Crepes is gaining my heart back...
