All the staff is amazing, instructors are experienced and with remarkable customer service skills. The equipment, the boat, and facilities are in very good shape. It was my first time in open waters, I stayed in Taganga during the course length which I highly recommend if you’re trying to keep on a budget. I’m ready to go back soon.

Just completed a three day open water PADI course here with the help of my fabulous instructor, Carlos. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The price was very good and the instructors spoke English as well as spanish. Meals were provided during the dives and there was always coffee and biscuits available in the shop. Video sessions were conducted in airconditioned rooms.

I did my Divemaster training with Oceano, and after having worked around the world for some years, I can say that this is one of the best and most professional dive establishments I have ever seen. Top class from reception to management. This is top of the line in international diving!

Very nice place if you want to scuba dive! Everyone is really kind and ready ti help. The instructors are awesome and it is an excellent place for doing padi certificates such as the advanced or the rescue diver. I really recommend this place

Excellent Group Leaders & Experience For First Time or Experienced Divers! This was my first time diving. I did the 3 day, 6 dive PADI certification training with Oceana Scuba. Ashley, Lucia, Carlos, Matt, Otto & crew were AMAZING. I felt completely SAFE the entire time and it was FUN throughout. I will definitely be back to dive with their team. A+++++++++ experience - would highly suggest to divers of all levels.

My wife and I recently completed our PADI Open Water Certification with Oceano Scuba and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff were extremely friendly, fun and professional, making the entire process a breeze. I have to give a special shoutout to our instructor, Tony. He was absolutely amazing in teaching us all the necessary skills and always made sure we were comfortable and confident in the water. We felt safe and secure under his guidance throughout the entire course. Also, we did one lesson with Otto and he was also great, professional and he made sure that we were getting the best experience. The equipment provided by Oceano Scuba was in excellent condition and I felt confident and safe using it. The dive sites in Tayrona Park where we did our training were absolutely beautiful and packed with an abundance of fish and corals. The scenery was amazing and the diving was a great experience. In summary, I highly recommend Oceano Scuba for anyone looking to get certified or just looking for a fun and professional diving experience. The staff, equipment, and dive sites are all top-notch and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amazing experience with Carlos as a guide. 2 fun dives in front of Tayrona Park (open water certification necessary): beautiful corals, lots of fishes, many different colours, awesome!!! Snack in between the two dives, good price

Can’t rate Carlos and Oceano Scuba highly enough - friendly, flexible and put us totally at ease throughout the process. My partner and I did the open water diver qualification with Carlos, who was completely brilliant - calm, clear and friendly. When we both, separately, got food poisoning, they were very flexible about waiting until we were better to then do the next day. It took us 6 days as opposed to 3 to complete it but Carlos made it work with the wider groups. A wider word of warning about Taganga - we got food poisoning twice and so seriously consider getting a hostel with a kitchen and cooking for yourselves.

Tony was a great instructor that was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He picked up on skills I was struggling with right away and made sure we worked on them repeatedly until I was comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and speaks English. I was able to obtain my Open Water Certification while also having a great time. I will be back for my Advanced Open water certification with this dive shop for sure! Thanks!

Joaquin was an amazing instructor that showed great patience and gave great constructive criticism on my dives. He also spoke great English. This is a great place to learn diving.

I did the PADI open water diver course with Oceano Scuba Taganga and it was the perfect decision. Otto, Jorge and all of the instructors were excellent & professional and the atmosphere is incredible! Amazing experience training for the PADI Open Water Scuba certification with Tony! He was the BEST! Really patient and encouraging, amazing at helping conquer any barriers to achieving the skills that form part of the course. 100% recommended.

Great company. I got my PADI open water with them in 3 days, dove in beautiful spots (even though Tayrona park was closed). Everything is very well organised. Carlos is a great instructor! I can only recommend this company.

The équipement the dives the prices but most importantly every single person who works there are living gems ❤️ My girlfriend did her open water there and it’s been an amazing Journey for her and for me ! -Came here for a 1 day Nitrox dive course. Wish I combined it with the deep diver course for another day. -I contacted and researched nearly all the shops in Tanganga. Many others seemed to be high quality, but after asking questions, comparing prices and quality, reviews etc. it boiled down to Oceano and Poseiden. Basically chose this one over Poseidon over the flip of a coin, plus Oceano was a little more affordable. - Laura at the front desk was able to answer my MANY questions in English. Otto was my dive guide, on the first dive it was obvious he was very experienced and able to point out many marine animals. His English was great too, so I was able to feel comfortable with all of the Nitrox instruction. I would highly recommend Otto if you can get him. Dove with some other lovely French ladies, who had their own French speaking guide. Just me and Otto, for a group price. - Both dives were at the nearby island. The first one was the same location as Poseidon was diving. The second one there was plenty to see. Though for sure there are better locations in the world, as far as Taganga it seemed as good as any though I only had one other dive to compare it to. Overall if I ever get back to Colombia I'll definitely be giving Otto a call for more diving.

If your ever in Colombia and want to dive - Oceano is the place to be. The team was very pleasant, professional and we always felt safe. Thanks to the insctrutor Otto, we had a perfect first experience under water.

I loved my scuba diving tour with this amazing center. Especially my instructor Laila! Extremly educational, calm and did everything for my 40- birthday would be fantastic in any way. I recomend this center and for you who need an english-spoken instructor i recomend Laila!!! //Andrea
