Staff are not friendly at all.... all I got was negativity from these people. One guy who helped me was not friendly at all and also Michelle who was the cashier was kinda rude and gave me attitude. I really don’t enjoy shopping there even tho it’s the closest location to my place. I’d rather to drive farther and get better customer service... hopefully it’s not something usuall in LA! Rude People with attitude. I used to shop at fashion valley location in San Diego and it was just totally different...nice and helpfull staff.

February 2023 Honestly I only go to Sephora to buy my Peach bitter by Tom Ford and Coconut by Skylar perfume. For make up I go to Ulta and this is WHY CONS : The people that work here just do NOT leave you alone. They follow you and keep asking what u need and give u advices when you don't ask. It is the most annoying thing being followed constantly and that is WHY I never buy anything else at Sephora. ULTA I can do My thing and if I need help I ask This store is well organized. Easy to find parking and there is everything you need.

Make up service was good and with good products. Receptionists were a little unfriendly and didn't let me go with the make up artist that was already free ( I did not care who made the make up), wanted me to wait for the mua I was scheduled with, that was unfortunately running 40 min late, even though I arrived earlier than my appt and told them the time I had to leave. Thank GOD the free mua saw that I was getting stressed out and started doing my make up.

Very bad service …I just came for quick buy:Chanel # 5 got present and room perfume..Couldn’t find anyone who can help..Then they open box by key and inform me that everything is on back and disappeared for 20 minutes.Brought one item and announced that second item in other part..So ,I spent 50 minutes in store…was really disappointed .Previous service was much better

I'm a fairly regular customer of this location. It's always a great experience shopping here, as the staff is super pleasant, professional, & responsive. I'm looking forward to my next visit when in the area! :)

The employees here are so sweet and welcoming! This is the first sephora store that I actually felt comfortable in. I came in to do a lip facial treatment and the girl was so sweet.

Sephora knows its customers well, and has excellent relationships with the brands it carries. In-store displays are well designed and useful. TikTok and other social media create the buzz, word spreads and before you know it, my 11 year old is convinced she needs $60 wrinkle cream.

Love this location. The staff is always attentive and goes out of their way to make you feel at ease and assist you. I appreciate not feeling rushed and the teachings to help me rock makeup at home. Parking is open but most spaces are close together. However, the store itself is a must visit to gain a beauty experience.

Jessica was so helpful. I am beyond grateful she matched the foundation color perfectly and made me a Dior customer. 5 stars service
