    Very RUDE medical staff. The nurse is very mean to us while talking. Went there with patient who had an open heart surgery a week before. He can't walk or talk properly. The staff nurse discourage me to going with him in the doctor's room. Finally she told me to go to waiting area instead of staying with patient. Going to hospital for emergency purposes only, Not for relaxing or for vacation. After talking these kind of nurses, the problem may worse. The management have to fire these kind of staff. Her way of talking is very very RUDE and behavior to others are like slave.

    Only one person answering all phone calls. Tried three different days for hours to get a call answered to make an appointment. Youā€™d think a clinic would actually want to HELP people

    Iā€™ve had annual physicals with different primary care doctors every year since moving to LA and with most of them, Iā€™ve felt rushed and like Iā€™m just a number to get done with as quickly as possibleā€¦ So what a wonderful gift it was to come here and feel like a human being interacting with other human beings (versus with a robot trying to get through all the standard questions as quickly as possible). Thank you Josie, Jessica, Concepcion, and Dr. Grueneisen for being awesome human beings and shifting me into a much better mental and emotional state by the time I left. I appreciate you all!

    I went there and did not feel safe. I wanted to leave from my Appointment because I didnā€™t feel safe having my daughter in the room where they keep all the sick people. Itā€™s the last room. When I went to tell her nicely if I can go Iā€™ll make another appointment she was rude. She worked today at 10:28 she has white skin and black rectangular glasses and had navy scrubs. She kept on saying how their rooms are clean. And reacted herself. I said yes I understand for the safety of other but personally to me I just didnā€™t want to stay in that room with my daughter sheā€™s healthy. She kept on being rude and one can tell. If one canā€™t be nice about it donā€™t work in health care. She should honestly not even work in health care imagine how rude she would be to a child. I now understand why this clinic has a low star ratings

    Slowest customer service, doctors are uninformed or do the bear minimum. Can't help but feel like they're only there to keep you coming to collect funding. Just cant make sense of how this location will usually have no more than 3 people waiting to be seen but get attitude from the front staff when you ask for assistance.? I was under the impression that clinics were meant to helpful and provide you with information..

    Love everything about this place. Friendly staff. Wait time has never been longer than it should have been. Informative during consultation. My health is better over all! Keep up the great work!

    Iā€™ve been coming here for years since I was about 13 (so maybe over 10 years) honestly a functional and clean establishment canā€™t expect everyone to be nice at all times. This is not an urgent care do not come here if you urgently need care this is not an urgent care it is a clinic for pregnant woman or for a check up and or gyno appointments to get vaccinated or have birth control insertion or removal not an urgent care please donā€™t hold them to the standard of an urgent care they are a clinic they donā€™t have to see you if you donā€™t have an appointment and or if you show up late itā€™s not an er or urgent care

    By far the worst clinic ever, don't even come here avoid this place, There customer service takes forever and they very rude and nasty customer service with and attitude, I always wait for 30-45 minutes till i get someone to help me, I request urgent for a doctor to call me, and they would tell no worries someone will call you, No call back at all. Avoid this place, I filing a complaint with LA Care and medical against this clinic, I suffer from spinal neck stenosis it's very painful nerve pain in my neck and shoulder that you cant do nothing, i have been asking for and so far nothing but taking your time, That i had to resort to the emergency room at the Torrance memorial which gone more then 12 times in the past 2 months for morphine pain medicine. The doctors at the emergency room are asking why isn't your doctor help you, The wheels turn slow i said to him.

    I just got off the phone with someone at the clinic and I must inform the public of what has happened since May of 2023. Since my first phone appointment with a medical professional in May, I have been waiting for a referral to see an ENT (it is now August 29). It was quite time sensitive, however the clinic has yet to send a referral letter, and in fact assigned me to the incorrect doctor as well. I only found this out after calling the clinic multiple times (I believe it's been 6 calls over the last 3 months now between myself and my assistant). 1.5 weeks ago I was promised that the letter was finally on its way in the mail, and just to mention, the clinic is less than a mile from my home! I just checked the mail again today, and still no letter. We called again today because they had scheduled an appointment with me for tomorrow, claiming that the appointment was set up during the initial call to take my blood pressure and talk about vaccines. I set up no such appointment! So now after having this initial visit, multiple calls to no resolution, and a random appointment that I do not want or need, I spoke with a person at the office who had an unapologetic and disrespectful tone. In fairness to her, she may not have been aware of all the back and forth, but what really bothered me was she immediately jumped to the assumption that I must have forgotten this random appointment (that, once again I do not want or need) without recognizing the context of the situation and acknowledging the many many mistakes that have been made over the last 3 months. Regardless of her lack of awareness of the full situation, she was so incredibly rude that I am shocked how she spoke to me. I am speechless, and I just hope that if anyone needs anything urgently, you please reconsider using this clinic. Lastly, when you look at all the other reviews (which I wish I would have checked before), it's a collection of very similar stories. So sad that this is supposed to be a place of healing and instead they cause so much stress and trauma due to these flawed business practices.

    To make an appointment over the phone waited 4 times 15+ min each, phone was still not answered, still no appointment or someone to speak to. Hard to believe I called a medical clinic and waited this long x4 times

    Barbara is a very good doctor! Sometimes takes a bit long to wait even, but the crew is really professional. Best blood-test ever, because the nurses are really professional too.

    So I make an appointment and let them know I'm still positive for covid but they still wanted me to come in and as my appointment arrives they tell me I can't go in and quarantine for 14 days even though I already did the 14 day self quarantine and again THEY KNEW I was positive but still bothered to waste my time

    This is why I donā€™t want Medicare for all, this system doesnā€™t work. They have student doctors from UCLA doing the ā€œhealingā€ and if they arenā€™t sure they ask the head doctor. The wait time for scheduling an appointment is atrocious, it takes 30mins - 1 hour to get a hold of anyone. The appointments are also like 3+days away from when you call, Iā€™ve gotten in trouble at work because of this

    If I can rate this place is zero I would worst experience ever worst service ever and never answer the phone they never communicate with you they treat you very bad worst place ever I would not recommend to get seen here especially if you have Medi-Cal try to find something better I had an appointment this morning to take out my IUD because it was expired and Iā€™ve been feeling really bad cramps and it doesnā€™t feel right and so I had an appointment to take out my IUD they said they wonā€™t be able to see you if you come 30 minutes late I came 10 minutes late I was on the phone on hold trying to tell them that Iā€™m going to be late I was on hold for 30 minutes when I got there they told me that the doctor wasnā€™t able to see me nobody else was in the clinic it was just two ladies and myself I replied to the lady isnā€™t this and urgent care if my IUD is expired and she replied NO when I researched that you CAN GET PREGNANT! worst experience ever I would not come here at all especially if youā€™re pregnant I wouldnā€™t See a Ob/Gyn doctor here.

    extremly hard to get someone on the phone I have been on the phone 2 days in a row for over an hour. my son has never visited this Dr. but this s a bad sign.
