The best service ever! Yuling was very attentive, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I made a number of visits to this location to try and decide between two pieces. I received attentive service each time and even got a freshly prepared organic juice cocktail specific to my choice of veggies and fruits! Luxury brand, luxury service.

Being as luxury as they advertise, I didn’t get luxury service to match. Staff didn’t seem that enthused to help me out even though I was a paying customer. Was expecting more!

I got a complete set from Bulgari, the lock from the earings off broke twice, the lock for the neck lace broke off , the ring got totally uncoiled and they are saying they can’t fix it up and they want me to buy a new ring. don’t stand behind their poor quality products. I lost confidence in this name, I go to a Chanel and they give maintenance to my pieces, I got to Cartier they take care of my pieces

This is such a disappointment. Customer service is horrible. People are neither friendly nor helpful. Would not give any recommendations or help out even when asked. Atmosphere in the store is very dull, no one is talking or smiling. Have been to another jewelry store right right before, and the difference is just striking. My purchase here left a sour taste in my mouth. Would never go back.

Bvlgari is perfect for Rodeo Drive. Their jewelry, watches and more are all the finest you can possibly find. The staff is great and they treat you the way you deserve to be treated. 5 stars, but Blvgari gets a 10 from me. George Vreeland Hill

I understood that we didn't make an appointment but waited outside almost 30minutes even only 3guests including couple in store furthermore don't know how long we have to wait to get in per security guy.

Leila is the best Client Advisor I have ever met. She showed me around, tell me about the history of the brands, and help me to try on all my dream jewelries. Also thanks to her recommendation I able to go to some of the really restaurants around.

I purchased the wedding ring, and requested resizing to fit. I was said it is about 3-4 weeks, but the updated size was wrong from the requested. They needed to go back & forth, and consequently, the resizing took almost 1 year. I had to visit the shop too in order to confirm. I have been waiting for long time, thus me and wife could not wear the ring during that time. We missed several events to show the ring such as celebration events or photo opportunity. It has been disheartening to experience the frustration we have experienced.
