They did not have a few things that we asked for, the presentation of the food was not impressive, but the food was good and the area was clean.

We reserved the party room for a group of 16. When we get there we were told they took a bigger party for the private room. We were upset but since the place was empty ot was bad and we were accommodated. But we, the hostesses arrived early and also weren't told that the credit card machine was NOT working. We enjoyed ourselves. Food came out. We had already preordered two huge family specials Food came out and it was good but some of the bigger pieces of meat weren't cut into smaller pieces and then we basically had to cut them ourselves with fake knives which really made it a not so great experience. Service was extremely slow. When it came time to close out our tab is when we were informed of the no credit card problem. Which it quite frankly serious as no one had cash ready and frankly very poor management. We weren't prepared for a cash only location. Like who carries that much money on them nowadays without out a specific purpose. I took a picture of our bill. Thankfully one of people in the party was a local and was able to do a bank transfer to the restaurant. Basically A LOCAL type of zelle.

What a ripoff. This place is a joke. The waiter has some kind of problem understanding simple questions. In Spanish. The Shrimp cocktail was ok, not bad, maybe 11$ for 8 shrimps is a bit too much but at least good. Then on to the meat. I asked if it was a fillet and the waiter said yes yes. Then arrived the horror piece of junk you see in the pictures. It was supposed to be done a la parrilla (grilled) but you can see from a mile that it was done in the pan, with all that water. I talked to the waiter telling him that the steak (not a waiter but anyways) (not a steak but anyways) was not done on the grill he said yes yes and that it turned a bit juicy in the end. What a joke. I ended up spending 35$ (thirty five) and I left hungry and angry. Avoid this place at all cost.
