The staff is always helpful and the hotel is very secure. I always stay here when I come to Chulateca. They have a nice pool and the rooms are very spacious. The free breakfast is a great extra. They will go out of their way to make sure you have a very enjoyable stay. They can also recommend tours and sights to see while you are staying in chulateca.
Plus: clean pool, bedrooms, ample enough bathroom. Down side: poor customer service, they're actually mean (managers), the restraunt staff is just 2 ladies and only one of them is nice so good luck. MY RECOMMENDATIONS: for a quote ahead of time because when you go pay they'll raise you 200 lempiras (about 10 usd)
