This one star is for the owner and not the staff or my incredible hair stylist. I have been a faithful referring client for over a decade . I have followed my amazing hair stylist to several locations as they have closed one by one. I have bought numerous products and used you for all my special events as well. I now drive over an hour across town for my appts due to salon closures . I have not complained over the not so slight price increases as my hair stylist is worth every penny and I realize the negative impact Covid had on your company. However, my once complimentary bang trim is now 18.79!!! Are you kidding me ? This is an insult and I am disappointed in this price gauge Mark Pardo.

I enjoy how personable Amanda my hairdresser and I believe her name is Cindy (at the front but I’m sure does many things at Mark Pardo) is. Other hairdressers are sweet too, it’s refreshing to see them happy for each other's wins. I am grateful to feel comfortable enough to say when I am not happy with any mishaps that go on with my hair because this salon is accommodating and understanding when you aren’t 100% satisfied. I feel like they actually want to improve anywhere they can to be the best. If I was to say one thing that could be better- it would be putting a mandatory towel around your neck for any bleach/toning service because I can’t wear what I’d like to get my hair done because my clothes (mainly shirts) get ruined. Its always worth it at the end though when I can go home and change into something more fitting to go with my fresh hair.

As someone who struggles with acne, I was nervous to get my first facial. Amber walked me through every step. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about skin, I could tell this is something she is very passionate about. I was comfortable and relaxed, and would recommend Amber to anyone in need of a talented esthetician!

I don't know how you did it but I love it! I've already gotten so many compliments. She was fast, friendly, and informative. Even gave me some information on hair dye works if I ever want to do it in the future!

Mark Pardo is by far the best nail salon in ABQ! Master technicians and a calm, luxurious treat for your toes in a spa like atmosphere! 😍👍👍

I asked for lighter blonde highlights with a hint of red and did not get that. My hairdresser told me that what I asked for is what I got. I’m 45 and have been going to Mark pardos since 1996. I’m not wanting to return but after $190, I want it fixed.

Throughly enjoyable experience Maxine is a terrific hairdresser. She is kind, engaging and a very experienced hairdresser. This is the first time I used Maxine to do my difficult hair and I will continue to do so. The whole experience was great! Thank you

I love Mark Pardo and stylist Amanda. BUT you have to wait months for an appointment. No such thing as " Gee,I need a haircut for a special event that came up" It will never work. My job has crazy hours and difficult sometimes to plan 2 months in advance.
