Mas Vives is perfect in every way! We stayed to celebrate a big birthday. The house is spectacular with lots of history and very peaceful. Gemma and Manel the owners, are so lovely and they ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. A short drive to the beach and the city of Barcelona it’s ideally located. This is a really beautiful house that has been elegantly and comfortably modernised. The kitchen is just magnificent, and the pool was just what I needed! Thank you Gemma and Manel, you were so welcoming and patient with el guiri. I really hope I get to stay here again x

It’s such a lovely place to stay. The hosts are lovely and very friendly. It is very safe. The villa has some lovely hidden spots to sit and relax. It has all the amenities one needs. Will definitely revisit.

This villa is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Equiped with everything you could possibly need. Gema is a fantastic host and I couldn't recommend this place enough.

We had an amazing time at Mas Vives for my friends hen weekend. From the moment we booked the villa, the owners were so helpful and attentive. They allowed us to order supplies direct to the villa and got us in touch with local companies for catering, events etc. After a few of us had massive reactions to mosquito bites, the owners even came to the rescue with their own supply of bite creams to help us out! Couldn’t recommend this villa enough, the place is so clean and beautiful. The pool and garden area is amazing and the outdoor terrace was perfect for drinks at night. Thank you so so much!!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Mas Vives. Communication with Gemma from booking to arrival was excellent. We were welcomed by Gemma and Julia when we arrived and had their contact details for anything we needed throughout our stay. The house and rooms were beautiful and comfortable, we especially appreciated the new air conditioning in some of the bedrooms. The home was equipped with everything we could need throughout our stay. The children enjoyed several hours each day in the swimming pool. What a wonderful place for a 3 generation family holiday (17 of us) From the moment of booking until departure we were so well looked after by Gemma(owner) The large Manor House was perfect with 6 bedrooms, about 20 minutes drive north of Barcelona. We were able to drive into the city easily, but also be at the beach within 10 minutes. The kitchen was packed with every culinary equipment you could imagine. The grounds are beautiful, enclosed and safe for children We lived outdoors apart from sleeping. Every afternoon most of the family played in the pool. We cannot recommend this property and Gemma more highly.

We have rented this villa for our wedding weekend and now 5 years later rented it for our wedding anniversary. We can't recommend it more! The space is so well thought and enjoyable. The attention to details is impeccable - the rooms are decorated and stocked with everything you might need, from children toys to mosquito repellent. Gemma is an amazing and attentive host. We always have a great time here, so if you are looking for a place for 15+ people, don't hesitate.

Five stars are not enough for this place. The house is incredible, fully equipped with anything and everything, and Gemma is so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and helped us plan and book activities. The house is close to city centre, the pool is perfect and the kitchen is amazing. The pictures definitely don’t make this place justice.

5 stars is not enough for Mas Vives! A perfect Villa located near supermarkets, beaches and bus/train options. Gemma went above and beyond for our hen do to make sure we had meals/activities/chefs booked, she is the best host I have ever come across. I would recommend Mas Vives for any occasion - families, celebrations, hen do etc.

The rooms were all very clean and well decorated. The villa was extremely spacious with a very nice kitchen and dining table area. The pool was amazing, and the hosts were very welcoming.

Amazing experience! The nicest house (and the owners) I ever stayed. If I could I would give 6 stars! The owners were so helpful all the way, before our trip and during our stay. The recommended us great restaurant and a boat company. The house is even nicer in the reality than photos. Everything was really clean. Very nicely decorated. 1000% recommended. Wow, wow, WOW! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mas Vives was the perfect location for a girls trip and host Gemma made us feel so special whilst we were there. The villa itself is a gorgeous historical building with fantastic big bedrooms and cosy social spaces, and the pool area is nice and enclosed so you have plenty of privacy whilst sunbathing. Nothing is too far away - 10 minutes from the bus stop, 30 minutes from the train station into Barcelona Centre and lovely restaurants and bars just a stones throw away from the villa itself. Gemma is a perfect host, nothing was a problem and she helped with all the planning and preparation for the activities. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!!
