Food was cold even when asked for fresh. Service not enjoyable or friendly. They need to go get lessons from the Santa Maria Jack in the box. We can always count on a good and hot meal from Santa Maria! Just close why don't you so In and Out Burger can come to town!

I order the chicken strip combo the chicken really old and cold and my fries reheated old and this isn’t the first time I’m never going back the again. I called 4 time and and nobody answer the phone so disappointed.

My daughter is 2 and a half years old. She wants to go to the bathroom. The staff here must order food and get a receipt before letting the child go to the bathroom. I said my husband will order food immediately after parking the car, and it is impossible for the child to go to the bathroom. Go to the bathroom.

I came to the drive through at this store on June 6, 2023. I sat at the order kiosk for what seemed forever. It was raining. I was greeted with "No habla ingles"? Luckily i know some spanish and was able to get the order through. When i pulled up to the window the two girls where trying to figure out my bill. It should of been right around $13. They wrote on a piece of paper $21. I said no. They tried again and came back with 18 and some change. I was overcharged but was in a hurry and just paid. Did these girls just cross the border and thrust into an english speaking job? They were nice and i felt bad for them. Management needs to get a clue here

Food is ok. Service could use improvement. This is a convenient stop om the way to visit family. Get some food, use the bathroom, stretch your legs. Workers aren't rude but apathetic to their job. I like spicy but I do not like spicy to the point you can't taste the rest of the food. I may need to find a new pitstop for my travels if the serbice I have received the last few times continues.

This was Buellton jack in the box. I sat at the window for 2 minutes without a greeting. Then she handed me my food saying you are shelli right? I ordered ahead. My food was cold as the service

A Jack in the Box that is unique. It has a fireplace. The manager on duty was very helpful. I went back the next day and experienced the same excellent customer service.

The service was disappointing, I felt so bad after my husband had a long day and worked, then we packed and drove 3 hours to Solvang. We checked in around midnight. He didn't have dinner, so I stopped at this Jack in the box across the freeway to order. When I ordered, I had said 3×'s "no sauce!" The guy on the speaker kept asking about the drink while I was still ordering the burger. After paying and getting back to the hotel, when I gave my husband his burger, it was smothered in sauce. 😳 He went to sleep hungry that night, only able to eat the curly fries. Thank God our hotel had a knock and drop breakfast for us early the next morning.

The person who helped me was very busy talking to his coworkers and was taking a long time to serve me. I asked him to use hey and he replied that I had to buy something so that the code would give me that. That's unheard of because all my life I've lived here and I've never been I said that I have to buy food to use that makes me very angry because my daughter couldn't stand it, she is a 5 year old girl and I had to wait for 3 people in front of me to be able to buy and use the bathroom 🤬

We mostly stopped at this Jack in the Box BECAUSE all of the the rest stops along the 101 were closed. The workers were amazing and I left a tip!! Greatest Jack In The Box I've ever visited!!!

Workers were very friendly and quick to get us what we needed! Nice stop to get out and eat

My fries weren't fresh actually they were luke warm and they weren't busy so I didn't understand 🙃
