Los productos son los de todos los demás Starbucks, los precios cada uno ya sabe lo que hay cuando va. Lo malo es que está sucio. Llevo 12 minutos sentado en las mesas de enfrente y está todo sin recoger, y eso que apenas hay gente. Saco una foto aunque no sirve de mucho, no quiero que salga la gente. Mi mesa tenía dos vasos ya tirados a la basura y la que está al lado está llena de que la gente aparta lo de las demás a esa que es la más sucia. Una pena, porque siempre que he ido estos locales, suelen estar bastante limpios. La fregona que paso yo en mi casa todos los días, le hacía buena falta al suelo de la zona de mesas.

Excelente servicio, el trato fue muy bueno, los productos de calidad y ricos.

The worst service from all Starbucks that I’ve ever visited! We ordered americano with an extra shot, what we got was a brown tasteless water! And there was two girls working on the counter, and just 3 costumes, completely unprofessional and unorganised.

Soy fan de starbucks, se caracterizan por la variedad de sabores y la experiencia brindada en sus productos y atención. La última vez que fui sin embargo, pedí específicamente un Ice caramel macchiato con crema y me sirvieron un café con leche a secas con 2 cubos de hielo. No tenía caramelo más que 2 rayitas a un costado, no tenía crema en ningún lado, le puse un poco de cacao en polvo por encima para mejorarlo. Mi nombre está escrito de la peor forma posible (aunque sé que no es común) siempre en el resto de los locales se han tomado la amabilidad de preguntarme cómo se escribe. No me fije del nombre de las chicas pero eran 2, hay que mejorar de empleados porque sé que la empresa jamás vendería esta imagen

Las veces que he ido me atienden bien. Los postres que tienen son muy ricos. Nunca pido café frio, porque siento que es mas agua que café. Esta vez pedí roll de canela y galletas, con un cafecito caliente. Los precios como todos los Starbucks. Queda bien ubicado al salir del tren.

Pedí el nuevo chocolate y aparte de ponérmelo frío la tía de trenzas no se entera de una, le pedí dos medianos y creo que cobro uno grande y otro mediano por que a la hora de servir iba a poner uno mediano y luego me viene diciendo que el mediano para ellos es grande cuando hay 3 tamaños pequeño mediano y grande. Le pido una pajita y me dice no tenemos, hasta que le dije yo no es la primera vez que me la dan hasta que luego dice si pero en bebidas calientes no damos por que se deshace, si se deshace eso es mi problema, si te la piden la das y ya . Está claro que ganas de trabajar 0

Atención deficiente. Pagué por un tamaño grande y me sirvieron un tall, al reclamar a la empleada ( Lucía) le molesto y me dijo que yo estaba equivocada al exigir el tiket y ver su error me dio un mal trato y se burlaba con su compañera hablando de los clientes. No hay una sola vez que en este local nos atiendan correctamente. Penoso !!!!

The coffee is expensive like everyone else (we went because there was nothing else open in the area) and there is no place to drink it inside, everything is tables inside Vialia. Unremarkable.

Starbucks matcha latte is one of my favourite, but at this place it was tasteless , literally they served me a small cup of oat milk for 4 euro instead of matcha latte ... very dissapointing

Watch out for the female cashier. She was so rude and didn’t try to understand what we want. Just kept saying NO. Why? It was simple cream that they have. Once time the service was great and the cashier immediately understood the cream and he added for me without any problems. This time she argued with the customer. What is her problem??????? Why are we paying so much money for a simple coffee for? They were not helpful at all. So I was not able to get the coffee I wanted. So stupid

I went today with my 2-year-old son, I asked him for a small glass of milk, they charged me €2.60 for a large cup and I told them if it had not been possible they would have given me a smaller cup or glass, to which the The clerk says yes and right under my nose he changes the milk to a smaller glass and hands it to me. I tell him that if he is going to give me a smaller glass, he should charge me less, but he tells me that the price is the same in all sizes, so I am left without the money and with the small glass. It's the first time I literally feel scammed. I have never been treated so badly.

Half an hour counted by the clock waiting to be served at the checkout with a queue not too long and another quarter of an hour for them to serve me what I ordered and on top of that it tasted like anything but chocolate. I have tried much better machine chocolates. They charge you for the cream when the photo shows it with cream and syrup (which they don't add) and they put very little on top. In short, for what they charge, neither the experience nor the product is worth it.

Ci sono stata varie volte. Il personale abbastanza gentile, attento e svelto. Il cibo non è dei più raccomandati ma per mangiare una cosa veloce va più che bene. Per pranzi veloci lo raccomando

Rude unhelpful staff! Avoid this Starbucks as does not meet the company standards! Was ignored when asking for water and then charged €2.50 for a small cup of tap water because the unprofessional staff thought they could be rude to visitors!!
