It's a central hotel, good to rest a bit when visiting Santarém. Breakfast it's from 6:15 to 9:15, closes a bit early for an hotel restaurant. Room are nice and comfort. Front desk service can improve a bit, considering guest arrive early to rest, before continue travel.

The hotel is okay. It's quite new and it's clean. There are two negative points, though. One is the elevator - small and only works with the card.. so if your wife is in the room, you can't use the elevator. The second problem was that they were changing their guest registration system and they took ages to add our details..

Room is Dirty , not as I expected, there is no restaurant inside, the price is very high compared to the service! But the only good thing is that Reception staff are nice and smiley
