I had booked beach facing accomodation at this property via Agoda app. Despite being assured of a beach-facing room when making my reservation via app, Upon arrival I was assigned an alternate accomodation (200mtr away from beach) that had no view of the beach whatsoever. This blatant disregard for the advertised amenities left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay. Upon arrival, I was excited to enjoy the scenic beauty of the beach from the comfort of my room. However, my anticipation turned into frustration when I discovered that my room was located away from the beachfront and offered nothing but a dull view of a neighboring building. The lack of transparency regarding the room assignment was frustrating. In case, accomodation cannot be guaranteed (for whatsoever reason) Resort has the option of reaching out to customer via Agoda App, but it never happened. From my end, Agoda app clearly mentioned pay the full amount during the time of checkin for which I was ready and prepared. It also highlighted there will be 90% cancellation fee in case I choose to cancel. I never got any communication via Agoda or resort (even though there is option to communication via app) mentioning any change in plans which was disappointing. The owner kept saying they dont take bookings from Agoda due to fake bookings, How me as a end user supposed to know this????? If resort has issues with Agoda app, then i think owner need to take listing off agoda instead of giving bad experience to customers or cheat this way. In the end, When I arrived at location, i was left helpless and had to go with whatever was offered to me as alternative. The charges too were paid based on what the new alternative deserved, Infact only one room had AC and we had to adjust to what was there during this peak summer time. Overall, this was big turn-off despite me being ready to pay premium for beach facing accomodation. If you cant deliver the promise made by Agoda booking then inform customer in advance via app.

The Hospitality we received by Mr. Sachin and team was irreplaceable. We stayed in blue beach cottage for 2 days and the staff has provided with extra amenities which made our trip special. They have kayaking, private boat aswell. The rooms were clean and ambience was good. The location of cottage is also perfect with beach in front and backwaters in the backyard. There are many beautiful islands nearby and also we had tour to mangroves adjacent to the stay. We had a private party on boat which was arranged by hotel staff and it was one of the best experiences

We were a group of 12 members of family and friends from 3 different states had a pleasant and comfortable reunion at the property. Personally I don't endorse stays. However, I would like to recommend this place for safe, pleasant stay with privacy. The property had a great service and very friendly care taker.

If you are looking for a budget friendly place in a good location this is the place for you. They are friendly and rooms are neat n clean. They will provide kayaking services in the backwater where the stay is. You can have fun if you are going with a bunch of people. They have an open dining area with a backwater view. The atmosphere is too good. Compared to other stays near this place this is budget friendly.

The stay at Blue Whale was the perfect spot nestled between the beach and the backwaters.. We stayed in a tent accommodation that overlooked the backwaters.. The morning sunrise is a serene experience, and in the night you can hear the sound of the waves and the fishes plopping on the backwaters and sleep off. the washrooms are cleaned regularly and the ambience around the cottage is also serene and peaceful. there are hammocks to lie down and chill, and some friendly dogs too! Will definitely be going back here soon

We had a great experience. Location is very beautiful. The beach is very clean and serene. They also arranged the kayaking in the backwaters. The staff and the owner were very helpful. They also have a Scooty rental facility.

Awesome location awesome ambience of the property.. The owner Sachin sir and staffs are so good people who took care of us very Well and they are very hospitality people..rooms are comfortable with air conditioner and good quality beds and washroom.. best place for water activities like kayaking etc..

Best in Udupi. Neat and clean rooms. They even have bike rental facility. Sachin is so helpful in arranging every facilities we asked for. Even he helped in booking a cab in the early morning.
