Major issue with the property is AC. It will not function properly even after you set the temperature to the minimal. If you are planning your vacation in summer just like what we did please don't even consider this place unless you want to be drenched in your own sweat inspite of AC being on. Do not go by images uploaded.Other than the structural similarity there is no luxury nor the basic necessities. Sea front villa or homestay is only for namesake. Toilets have no ventilation or natural air coming in. Forget about toilets there is no natural air coming inside the property inspite of being a beach front property. There are only doors and no windows at all. Now let me tell you about one of our worst experience. We had booked beach castle villa for 2 nights i.e, 12th and 13th of April 2022. First night, we had an issue with AC and could not sleep peacefully. When we complained to the host he responded immediately by sending the technician and we were very happy the host is responsive and thought atleast we can sleep peacefully on the second night. But to our luck(of course very bad), due to light rains, there was no power on the second night and the UPS installed in house hardly lasted for 2 hours and from 10.30 onwards we spent our entire night in dark with no light, no fan and no air from outside and there are no windows itself in the house to atleast get outside air. Need fresh air? Just open the balcony door & welcome the mosquitoes and different species of insects (trying not to be sarcastic) Suppose if you are traveling with kids please don't consider this place instead book a basic hotel which provides AC rather than opting this property. In fact I'm writing this review at 4 am sitting at the same property on an uncomfortable bed in dark with no fan, no AC and not even fresh air. Will wait to post it until I check out to capture all the points. No sleep & peace of mind on an holiday at this property. I was very optimistic while booking this property as I had seen reviews which had mentioned about the same issues. Thought it would have been one of a case or they might have fixed the issue. But no luck everything remains the same. From now on I think I would consider even a single negative review about the property before booking. Will I visit this place again? - No. Will I recommend this place to anybody in life or after life? - Absolutely "NO, NO, NO".

It was one of the worst experience in this stay ! Though this stay is nearby to Malpe beach this building doesn't have a proper power provision or UPS backup which is shown in the images. This is just a banglow without any amenities, as the AC shown in the Living in pictures are not available and 2 ACs in the rooms are not working. This was pathetic experience with family and kids in summer. Please think twice to book this property and don't just with few good reviews. Just to justify and prove you that the property is pathetic I'm just posting few pictures of pathetic condition of location.

We were lucky enough to get the room in the peak season. Amit (owner) was very kind and helpful to make the arrangements even at the last moment. Beautiful and very calm, near to the beach. Sunil (care taker) was very helpful, always available take care of guests be it cleaning the room Or food arrangements.

It's a nice property with front beach. Lots of shops and eateries is a plus point. The service person is very helpful and suggested us for vehicle rental, food delivery etc. Definitely visit again 👍.

It is not clean at all. The person who handles is a nepali who does not understand anything that we say. He is not hospitable at all. I guess there is no concept of dusting as far as he is concerned. The house is well designed and the decor is nice but all the decorations are covered with dust. We even saw the caretaker throw thrash on the beach . The bedsheets and bedspreads and the towels were dirty too. It is totally not worth the premium price that we payed to stay. We had booked it for 7 days .

A home stay with limited kitchen utensils. Come prepared with milk n curds if needed as it's difficult to get otherwise. Nice ambience. Overlooks the beach. Can spot a few peacocks. TV doesn't work, especially a concern if you have a kid who would want TV.. Caretaker is a very kind, helpful person. Overall good stay..

Poor service and stinky rooms. Not worth the price. It will remind you as OYO rooms. More or less it's a Oyo type accomodation

We were given an AC double bed. The place is new and clean. However rating this a 4 star for the fact that the facilities available versus my expectation were not met. Although there is a private beach, these are not rooms facing the beach. So I'd say at ₹3000 it is priced on the higher side. The caretaker Sunil (if I recollect right) is available over phone for anything required. 5 stars to him :)
