Good facility but rude receptionist staff. The doctors those who perform scan are really professional and empathetic. It is a neat and clean facility. No appointment, first come first serve concept, which works well. But, the management should pay attention to the staff that manage patient flow. They are really rude. They behave as if the tests are being performed for free. If this is not fixed, expect more negative reviews.

Staff and the radiologist were kind and polite. I received my MRI report within 40 minutes though they said initially that it will take 2-3hours. They also had send the soft copy in email. Thankyou

Good, Had good expiriance , Need some improvements in ground floor recieption staff, They do need training about how to attend patient and how to talk with patient politly. Should mention about out side security one of the best person ever , He is very helping to all for hiring auto or for evrything with his control.

Very good facility for doing health check. Staff was very co operative and got health check done very quickly. Doctors are also empathetic and seemed knowledgeable. The facility is also neat and clean well maintained and ample parking facility. No prior appointments though but it's first come first serve basis and they indicate the wait time etc on phone in advance.

Very good in terms of service, quality, hygiene, and employee professionalism. But patients have to wait for at least 2 hrs, as they don't take appointments and follow a first come first serve policy, I am writing this after the third visit.

Everything is good expect 1 staff member who is very rude, treat as though we have come for free analysis. Management must ask their staff to give respect to people/patients visiting them. 1 star because of rude staff.

Service is good but make it fast or add one more radiologist or one more machine because always huge patients some time specially pregnant lady has wait for long time is very difficult. Advice to give priority to condition of the patients.

Worst service, failed to send the report though it was 💯 assured , for refund tat receptionist lady was so rude in her behavior, as if shez giving her own money
