Very bad experience...the staffs there speak malyalam among themselves judging the people and pass comments if they have come to just see or will they purchase.they think we don't understand malyalam.this is ridiculous behaviour. Also they don't have good designs.think before you go as they pass comments and criticise.the staff there need some basic etiquette trainings. I will also share this information with my loved ones so that they can avoid such humiliation.

Very bad experience. We have been shoping here from many years but no gratitude. We sold our old jewelry in exchange for new thereon 18k odd was remaining they insisted on giving a credit note for later purchases. Went several times to purchases but there were no good collection. All old collections which we did not like. We waited for 4 months and asked for refund. But the store manager was not ready to refund. He said it is against their policies. Either we purchase some gold or gold coin(even this has some making charges there). Since we did not want to buy any Insited on refund instead but he did not budge. He refused. I am very sad about this. Our money with them without interest. Thus is not a good policy. This is looting.

Worst items.. I purchased a mangalasuthra net wait 40grms nly gold no black beeds.. .Paid nearly 15k making charge item was literally cut and damaged for just after a month use. . While delivering they said it will last long very hard chain that this big history on the chain.. But they say they have a life time free service. .but even after service the chain is again and again getting cut.. Just upset about getting fooled by the Smith and there staff managers. .. .never believe them. .nor I prefer joyallukas. . 👎worst.

They have huge variety of Gold items as well as Diamond and Platinum. Staff also very supportive. If you insist, they will reduce some amout on making charges. If you purchase the ring with stone on it, they will replace the stone for free if it's falls. They also have enough parking space.

It's great. It has all facility . Buy ornaments in sight or you also get to have scheme. We can pay first every month and get the ornaments after 10 months without paying the making changes. If you buy insight you will have to buy making charges thats almost 18% of the gold you purchase. No photography. So no pictures available. Gold is Gold Diamond is Daimond. We can even dream without looking at the picture. 🤣🤣🤣

But here nothing , except a paper bag after purchasing in Lakhs!!! The person at the counter was not even looking at the face when i asked him for it! Felt really sad!
