    My experience at the Milladoiro Health Center has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Patient care in this place leaves much to be desired, evidencing a total lack of professionalism and empathy on the part of the staff. From the moment you arrive at the counter, you are faced with deplorable attention. The staff, instead of providing courteous treatment, seems more interested in serving you by the ass. Recently, I witnessed an embarrassing situation where one of the employees, visibly exhausted, expressed how unbearable her job was and left an elderly man waiting without even apologizing. The midwife's attention is simply disgusting. He is quick to respond, speaks quickly and creates an atmosphere in which you feel you have to express yourself in a hurry so as not to "steal their time." It is unacceptable for healthcare staff to treat patients in this way, giving the impression that they are overwhelmed and uninterested in providing adequate care. The attitude of the family doctor is equally regrettable. He does not seem interested in the patients' problems and generally conveys a feeling of disinterest. It is worrying how they treat locals, imagine how they are with foreigners. It is important to remember that health center staff are not doing patients a favor; The taxes paid by each individual contribute to the maintenance of these services. If they are dissatisfied with their jobs, they should consider seeking employment elsewhere. Working in the health field implies responsibility and a commitment to the well-being of patients, and should not be considered a favor. The lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude of the staff is unacceptable. It is time for the authorities to take action to improve the conditions and attitude of staff in this facility, as patients' trust and well-being are at stake. Lazy people, consider looking for another job if you don't like working properly in the health service.

    Hay una chica de administración encantadora. Ahora, todas las demás unas maleducadas. No se aclaran entre ellas y encima se les olle rajar de los pacientes. Si no se tiene vocación, que no trabajen, porque el trato es deleznable.

    Un auténtico desastre.... Por suerte no voy mucho al centro de salud...pero las veces que fui la atención es pésima.tenia cita para la 18h y me atienden a las 21h porque le toqué a la puerta a la doctora...me dice que no le salía mi nombre en el ordenador...y yo allí con 39 de fiebre... Este último día más de lo mismo..pedí una cita telefónica por una gripe y tenía fiebre y necesitaba baja me dicen que me llaman y a las cuatro de la tarde y aún no llamo nadie... Lo dicho unos incompetentes

Llegué a las 11:30 de la mañana, llena de dolor, son las 13:05 y estoy llorando en la salade espera pq n aguanto más, nadie se mueve aqui, la sala poco a poco se va llenando y se escucha a la doctura de chachara dentro de la consulta. Un horror. En el pusto de informácion muy amables, y una enfermera bajita pelirroja también, un encanto.

    PENOSO. Cada vez que vamos a consulta, mínimo es una hora y media de espera y ves que no entra nadie a la consulta, luego que pides que te llamen para no perder tanto tiempo y no te llaman o te llaman 3 horas después. Sin duda un desastre!! Viviendo en milladoiro y estoy pensando en irme de ese centro de salud. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

    Horrible pides cita y t la dan Alós 15dias, si vas x urgencias t dicen k vayas al clínico,si tiene suerte y tienes cita en consulta tardan en atenderte 1h y media,conclusión : t toca antes una lotería a que t atiendan.nefasto creo k alguien debería d tomar medidas.

    ASUSTADITA fui después de leer tanta reseña negativa. Nos derivan allí desde CS de Cacheiras al dentista. Es muy sencillo encontrarlo. Las instalaciones están muy bien. No es un edificio de vanguardia, pero hay algún centro médico por ahí que es como transportarse a los años 70. La consulta de odontología (que era la nuestra) está perfectamente señalizada. No tuvimos que esperar apenas, nos atendieron al momento. La dentista bastante maja, muy atenta con el niño que era en este caso el paciente. Y nos manda pedir cita para más adelante. Y me digo: uy, uy, uy.....prepárate que ahora te atienden los ogros de recepción. Y cuál fue mi sorpresa cuando no sólo no me insultan ni me gritan, sino que me explican lo de la cita muy amablemente. Valoremos lo que tenemos. Los peores momentos de la pandemia fueron muy difíciles para todos, pero muy especialmente para los sanitarios. No tiene sentido que les aplaudamos desde el balcón y luego nos enfurruñemos porque no nos parecen amables por un dolor de muelas en plena emergencia sanitaria v cuando se trata de salvar vidas, y no muelas Cinco estrellas para las personas que siempre están ahí.
