Went to the restaurant on valentine's day to have a nice night. It was horrible. They gave us the food almost 3 hours after we arrived. They didn't even checked in to give us water or anything, only when we had just arrived. Not even to let us know that the food wasn't ready or that there was a problem in the kitchen. Nothing. Horrible customer service and the food wasn't even that good to compensate. Dont recommend it

Despite being stuck with a broken vehicle until after midnight, they waited for us and took us to a great room. It’s an older place, but well kept. The breakfast service was terrific and we left well rested and well fed.

This gem is a perfect place for an excellent rest and fine dining. The grounds and facility is well maintained. If you can, get a room that opens to the pool side. Beds are very comfortable and mattresses not worn out. Pillows were of perfect quality. The restaurant service and food is exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of Mykonos is perfect. It is directly on the Pan-American highway. The rooms were clean and exactly as advertised. The pool is quite enjoyable. The problem is the service in the restaurant especially breakfast. We arrived at 0920 and breakfast ends at 1000. There were no eggs and the buffet was largely empty. We were told that more eggs were coming. They never came and then they closed the buffet at 0940. We also had to ask for silverware. So a few tortillas and some fruit was my included breakfast, my wife had a coffee and tortilla, my son had a piece of bread and a bit of cereal. We willl go to Kotowa down the road. I have lived in Panama 13 years. I expect poor service, but geez this was bad.

If you want a hotel in Santiago but don’t want hot showers, this is one of the best!

We stopped by this hotel to eat at their restaurant, and to our surprise, it was a complete disappointment. The service, as usual in al food joints of the country, is terrible; the lack of management and training was noted immediately. The food was terrible, the advertised Rib eye steak was everything but rib eye and on top of that it came raw when we asked for medium well, my advise is go eat somewhere else. There is no opinion on the hotel since we didn't stay there, just the restaurant.

My recollection is that it is not in the countryside, it is sort of at the edge of town, but it is very much urban. It is right on the very busy pan-am highway, it is about half a mile or so from a decent mall, but it's not Countryside except that you can look across the street and see the nice airport area which is in the countryside. The restaurant is very good, not high Cuisine but a decent menu with some good variety. I would give it four out of five. I would give it a good Mark for security and very high marks for helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again. We passed through that area and stopped at the restaurant because I knew we could count on decent food. I hope that this hotel publishes its menu, so that you can see what it offers.

I wanted to like this place. While I did not try everything, the essentials were lacking. First off, if you reach the property eastbound, you are forced to make an illegal left turn or drive for 5 more minutes. There is only front access and parking, and my room was at the extreme end of one of the wings; which made it a long walk of shame. I also had the second floor and there were no elevators. No one asked me if I needed help. So, expect long walks and haul your luggage up the stairs. Lastly, ac is barely cooler than outside temp. With that said, pool looks good, gym is great, and it is clean. I did not eat in the property. Staff was friendly. I expected more for the area price. Promising, but beware.

This is a relaxing place and the beds are super comfortable. It has a nice pool. It's good for a stopover.

This was such a wonderful hotel! The staff were all incredible. So nice, so professional and accommodating. The main lobby is gorgeous and as you as you walk outside your surrounded by palm trees and lush green grass. The swim up bar is fun for any adults visiting but it looks like a very kid friendly place as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved having a little patio behind my room. Overall I had a really great experience here and I can’t express enough how wonderful the staff is.

Traveling around Panama & stayed here. Amazing service, an oasis in the middle of nowhere. Loved it! Prices were average, (adult beverages 👎) but food good. Pool was great. I would stay here again. Clean rooms comfy beds.

This is a very nice hotel! We have stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. The restaurant has good food and the bar has excellent drinks! The pool is super nice. The housekeeping staff was friendly and thorough. The front desk staff was very helpful, they called taxis for us, they even helped us find a laundry service in town. The only thing we didn't like was the massage at the spa. We scheduled two deep tissue massages for an hour each. The massage therapist had the lightest touch, there was nothing deep about the deep tissue massage. We felt like we just got oil lightly rubbed on us for an hour. Horrible technique, this therapist should not be doing massage. Easily the worst "massage" we have ever had. $115 dollars wasted.

At first glance, it looks amazing but the attn to detail just was not there..only 1 hanger in the room, things were old, worn, broken ie lamps, Restaurant serbice insttentive at best. Things like coffee stirers, etc out to be handled by all travelers. Breakfast was included but just so-so. WAY overpriced for whstbis recd. Most staff on threir cell phones and you needed to interrupt them to get any attn or service. Floors mopped n left wet with minimsl signage and no slt route just as guests were arriving fof bkfst. Why not during the night??? Again...WIDE gsp between price versus value.
