This
center
is
an
odyssey,
both
appointments
and
attention.
I've
been
waiting
for
weeks
for
them
to
call
me
to
offer
me
a
solution
on
the
issue
of
appointments,
because
I
don't
have
appointments
for
this
month's
check-up,
what
if
there
are
no
appointments
to
do
a
monthly
pregnancy
monitoring
check-up,
why
do
I
want
this
hospital?.
I
have
to
say
that
the
best
care
of
this
hospital
is
Cristina
Rojas
Quintanilla,
because
if
she
tries
to
find
solutions,
it
hurts
that
she
is
on
vacation,
because
the
person
in
patient
care
(client)
did
not
even
call
me
as
she
agreed.
Gynecological
care,
in
which
the
visit
lasts
4
minutes
and
the
ultrasound
of
the
baby
was
1
minute
and
a
half
counted
to
the
clock,
it
is
impossible
for
the
professional
to
have
had
time
to
see
the
baby
properly,
of
course
he
did
not
even
report
because
he
did
not
measure
or
record
anything.
In
the
social
security
perfectly,
they
saw
me
for
more
than
half
an
hour
with
the
corresponding
consultation
report
with
the
measurements,
recommendations
and
the
screening
carried
out.
Quiron's
ultrasound
was
of
inadequate
quality,
the
baby
was
not
seen
correctly,
and
on
top
of
that
I
had
to
press
the
ultrasound
quite
a
bit
on
my
belly
for
it
to
be
seen
with
some
clarity.
In
social
security
a
very
good
quality,
in
the
same
week
of
gestation,
and
simply
by
passing
the
ultrasound
on
my
belly
the
image
was
clear
and
I
did
not
have
to
press
on
the
belly.
The
gynecologist
who
has
been
following
me,
José
Carlos
Santos
Mora,
has
not
yet
measured
me,
or
taken
my
weight,
or
my
blood
pressure...
Empathy
0,
my
feeling
is
that
I
want
to
dispatch
in
2
minutes
to
leave
soon.
He
didn't
do
the
pregnancy
card
until
the
previous
visit,
he
didn't
do
the
first
trimester
screening,
he
doesn't
do
any
monitoring
of
the
pregnancy,
not
even
the
typical
recommendations.
That
every
month
you
see
a
gynecologist
is
useless,
clearly
the
figure
of
a
midwife
is
necessary
here,
this
follow-up
by
gynecology
is
useless.
A
pity
that
they
will
remove
the
delivery
in
Infanta
Luisa,
to
transfer
it
to
this
hospital,
I
have
always
gone
to
Infanta
Luisa
and
no
problem.
I
have
always
gone
to
Quirón,
but
in
this
case
my
initiative
has
been
to
request
an
appointment
at
another
center,
because
in
this
one
I
see
it
impossible
to
monitor
the
pregnancy.

Es
una
odisea
este
centro,
tanto
las
citas
como
la
atención.
Llevo
semanas
esperando
a
que
me
llamen
para
ofrecerme
una
solución
con
el
tema
de
las
citas,
pues
no
dispongo
de
citas
para
la
revisión
de
este
mes,
¿Y
si
no
hay
citas
para
hacer
una
revisión
mensual
del
seguimiento
del
embarazo,
para
que
quiero
este
hospital?.
He
decir,
que
lo
mejor
de
la
atención
de
este
hospital
es
Cristina
Rojas
Quintanilla,
pues
ella
si
intenta
buscar
soluciones,
lastima
que
este
de
vacaciones,
pues
la
persona
en
atención
al
paciente
(cliente)
nisiquiera
me
llamo
tal
y
como
acordó.
La
atención
ginecológica,
en
la
cual
la
visita
dura
4
minutos
y
la
ecografía
del
bebé
fue
de
1
minuto
y
medio
contado
a
reloj,
es
imposible
que
al
profesional
le
haya
dado
tiempo
a
ver
en
condiciones
al
bebé,
por
supuesto
ni
hizo
tan
siquiera
informe
porque
no
midió
ni
apunto
nada.
En
la
seguridad
social
perfectamente,
me
vieron
durante
más
de
media
hora
con
el
informe
de
consulta
correspondiente
con
las
mediciones,
recomendaciones
y
el
cribado
realizado.
El
ecógrafo
de
Quiron
era
de
una
calidad
inadecuada,
no
se
veía
correctamente
al
bebé,
y
encima
tenía
que
apretar
bastante
el
ecografo
sobre
mi
barriga
para
que
se
viera
con
algo
de
nitidez.
En
la
seguridad
social
una
calidad
buenísima,
en
la
misma
semana
de
gestación,
y
simplemente
con
pasar
el
ecografo
sobre
mi
barriga
se
veía
la
imagen
clara
y
no
tenía
que
apretar
sobre
la
barriga.
El
ginecólogo
que
me
ha
estado
siguiendo
José
Carlos
Santos
Mora,
no
me
ha
echo
aún
ni
medición,
ni
toma
de
peso,
ni
de
tensión...
Empatía
0,
mi
sensación
es
de
querer
despachar
en
2
minutos
para
irse
pronto.
No
me
hizo
la
cartilla
de
embarazo
hasta
la
visita
anterior,
no
me
hizo
el
cribado
del
primer
trimestre,
no
realiza
ningun
seguimiento
del
embarazo
ni
tan
siquiera
las
típicas
recomendaciones.
Que
todos
los
meses
te
vea
un
ginecólogo
no
sirve
de
nada,
claramente
es
necesaria
la
figura
de
una
matrona
aquí,
de
nada
sirve
este
seguimiento
por
parte
de
ginecología.
Una
pena
que
quitarán
el
parto
en
Infanta
Luisa,
para
trasladarlo
a
este
hospital,
siempre
he
ido
a
infanta
Luisa
y
ningún
problema.
Siempre
he
ido
a
Quirón,
pero
en
este
caso
mi
iniciativa
ha
sido
solicitar
cita
en
otro
centro,
pues
en
este
veo
imposible
el
seguimiento
del
embarazo.
