    The food was beautifully cooked, very tasty, well presented on the plate. People were queueing to have dinner at the restaurant, which means the food is really good. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    GAA Portugal were extremely well taken care of when a gang of 21 of us went for dinner here. Excellent food and drink, super service and great care to ensure we had a very memorable day. Thanks to Carlos and Cristina for making us feel so at home.

    Fabulous fresh fish! The fresh fish is beautifully cooked to order and very reasonably priced. We had a local cheese with bread and olives, salad, a whole sea bass, a whole sea bream, wine, water and coffee for under €40! Highly recommended.

    Grilled fish restaurant. The food is delicious, but the place is very small and the downside of it is that it is always very busy. If one goes there past 12:00, the average waiting time for a table to free up would be 25 minutes.

    Some of the best grilled fish in the region at really really good prices. Worth to pay a visit, but arrive early. There's always a line of people waiting to get seated

    I don't get the hype and ratings for this place. Service is incredibly slow. We were there on a not super busy Thursday night and there were lots of people waiting and a bunch of empty tables and they were taking forever to seat people. Same thing with the check. Waited forever, had to ask multiple times etc. Then the food... Just isn't all that. There are better places for dinner in the area.

    We had to wait at least 15 minutes. I had a steak and my wife had cuttlefish. The food was barely average. The desserts were way too sweet. I had lemon custard, which only tastes of sugar, almost no lemon flavour. The service is too slow, and they don't serve the plates at the same time for everyone. Service was also barely average. I don't recommend this place.

    Casa Janeiro is one of the best fish places around Azeitão. At lunch they only serve grilled fish but at dinner they have more elaborated dishes like amejõas or crab. The service is always nice and swift. Can highly recommend the restaurant. Quite often you have to wait for a table, but definitely worth it the wait.
