Don't ler the hike scare you, its not as bad as it sounds or looks. The payoff is amazing! Javoney and falco our guides took frequent enough breaks to where you never felt over worked. The water was perfect temperature and the natural water slides are awesome. Make sure to stop by the buffet on the way out! Best food the whole trip.

Very amazing tour. We've been there before with a group. This time we went on our own with a rental car and payed 12$ per person for the 7 Falls Tour. It was much more crowded this time, but our guide was very helpful. I liked the smaller group much better. Beautiful landscape and friendly staff.

I've been here twice but never did the falls the first time and walked to the end before they built the bridge it was a nice walk but the rocks through the river bed can get slippery. Thankful for the bridge This time I decided to join others to do the falls. Bring watershoes if you have any the rentals are gross they also provide helmet and life jackets the cost is $12/ pp with a guide to falls in a large group. Make sure you bring waterproof case if you have phone or anything you want to keep dry. They offer lockers if you want to leave things behind we had a driver that kept our stuff in his vehicle for us. Also make sure your watches are fully secured but I suggest you don't wear any my friend lost his apple watch last time jumping in About a 20 min hike with built in wooden stairs it's not so bad they give you a water bottle to drink and carry to top don't worry they stop often to rest and make sure everyone is ok. Then you descend down towards the falls, you can either climb down the ladder, slide down the natural waterslides, and or jump. I slid down but after getting down and looking up I realize jumping was a better safer option as the rocks aren't all that smooth and I did bang up my elbow. The water is very refreshing its cool not cold, sights and sounds are amazing. We did about 5 of these all pretty much same slide, jump, or climb down ladder and they used to offer a jump on the last one but now they make you slide no more jumping last fall before walking back. No hills to climb back all easy peasy We chose to walk out and took van cab that offered 7 of us for the day $150 (we tipped him and bought him espresso drinks) but you can get a cab for up to 5pp/$100 inside Port I'm not sure if that includes city tour. It's worth seeing the city if you have time it's beautiful. Stop for local mangoes they're $5 usd for a bag of approximately 8 delicious mangoes looks green outside but inside is deep orange yuuuum Fresh coconuts at the city centre is a bargain $1 usd each, we crowded him and attracted many others this kid was incredible chopping those coconuts and still have all his fingers I'm getting carried away now from the falls 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Do it, overcome your fears if you have any, height not too bad it looks worse looking down but once you're down you'll see it's probably safer to jump. I added some photos of the city centre and fort in event anyone wants to check out other than falls November 24, 2022

First off, thank you to Willy who made sure my inability to swim was not a problem. The walk through nature was amazing and the experience was incredible sliding down the rock water slides into the refreshing waters.

Beautiful place, we paid $45 for a paparazzi to follow and take pictures and videos of us as we hiked to the waterfalls, there are 2 jumps and at least 3 slides, but you can walk down instead if you don't wa t to jump or slide, please follow directions, when they say jump "pencil" type and keep arms close to body to avoid injury to yourself, our photographer was great I definitely recommend this excursion, they provided food and drinks including alcohol at the end , they provide helmets and life jackets, we uad a blast.

The zip lines were awesome. The waterfall WOW, quite the experience jumping and sliding down rocks. The guides were excellent and placed safety at the forefront which was required to ensure everyone made it back in one piece 😀 If you are terrified of water , heights and cannot swim I would not recommend this tour. This tours was 💯 percent worth it. Tip Walk with a waterproof phone case to capture pictures. You phone may be submerged in water for short periods on this tour.

Our family of 7 had an amazing time. We range in age from 12 to 44. Every one of us found the excursion to be exhilarating and exciting! We were on a Carnival cruise excursion and did the zip and dip option. We hiked for about 45 mins up a trail and completed 5 zip lines, 2 suspension bridges and the falls slides. The hike is a little strenuous and I would not recommend for anyone with younger children, older adults, or anyone with a health condition. The guides, Chocolate and Berney, were phenomenal.

Had a great experience. We did not sign up for a tour bus. It was quite a bit cheaper than the other big tours but we had a smaller group. Zip lines and 7 falls tour was really fun. Lunch was better than expected and we had a great day.

AMAZING!!!!! The waterfalls are beautiful and the staff are super!!!!! The hike to the falls is a little tricky because its all uphill and has somewhere near 200 steps intermittently to climb- but well worth it! You can jump from the waterfalls or slide- both are very fun!!!! Great family memories made on this trip! Definitely put this on your list to do while in DR. Albert was a gem!!!!

Augusto was our guide. He was chill and kept us safe. He held our waterproof bag when we jumped or slid down the falls. Pedro was our photographer. He was funny and took some magical photos that we will surely cherish.

Incredible experience. This trip to DR was only to see the waterfalls and it was the experience I was hoping it would be. Unfortunately because of the drought, only 7 waterfalls were open. I did the waterfalls and zip line. I will definitely come back to see the rest of the waterfalls when they’re available again.

We did this adventure as an excursion while on the Carnival Magic. The adventure was absolutely amazing! The views were wonderful. But the thing that made the experience so much more memorable was the staff. Our guides, especially Felix, made the arduous adventure even more fun. This is not made for those out of shape though. I started in July of 2022 preparing for this excursion taking place on May 4, 2023. With all of the gym work and cardio sessions, it was still a struggle going up the mountain. If you are going to take part in this adventure, be prepared physically!
