Below was my previous experience at that particular restaurant and I decided to go back. I definitely have to change the 2 stars to 1 star now, and if we would have a lower option I would select that. I asked for the breadsticks and the served something that looks liike that but tast not good. I asked for parmesan no parmesan on the restaurant, I asked for an extra sauce, they want to charge $2 for that. Do not go there. It is my personal opinion, i tried to talk to the manager fruitlessly. ------ The attendant served, customer service is graded as poor or averaged not exceptional customer service showed at all I asked about four more bread and even if they charge me more there is not a problem but they say no we only have a couple for the lasagna no more than that and that makes me think that they do not prioritize the customer satisfaction. Food was ok(0/5), but the service... Well, was my experience.

Great pizza loved by the entire family.

A lot of children playing. Pizza was great and our waitress did a splendid job. You have to appreciate when you receive great service despite all the people that were there.

Food was great as always... I've been to different Pizzarelli branches recently and service is just getting worse. In this one I fel service was really slow, not enough EE for the whole place. The cool thing was that I was able to accomplish a goal of going to a place where My dad and my kids could spend some time together without being that far away from each other, and this was accomplished in the second floor. The place to play is definitely a great area. Bathrooms are in the second floor, fyi.

Well, Google keeps asking me to rate so...sure why not. STILL my go-to place for a slice on the go. This venue has the ability to choose a slice, and go, all in a few minutes. Perfect for those days when there is little time for a meal, or you're not in the mood for cooking. Among pizza, there are also stromboli, calzones, etc.

The pizza is really good. I had the flakita with half cheese and half ham.

Good to visit with your family ...Air conditioner , my only complaint.

Wrong price on the menu for the Rolatini, the calzone being exhibited is the "full version", when you ask for the offer they say it's for a "basic" version. Finally they forgot to put in the order to the kitchen so the promised 15 minutes became 30. Food is ok though.

Food and service just average, better and cheaper pizza options available.

The Plaza Naco pizarelli eatery was almost a landmark for young people growing up in the 80s. Still the one Pizarelli to go in order to buy a pizza slice, but take it inside because there is no actual eating space if you just buy at the counter

Best pizza in the world but the service has gone DOWNhill. So sad to see what of my favorite places disappoint me

The first time I eat pizza in Santo Domingo, and I've been here fourteen times. I would definitely come back again.

It's a McDonald's. Looks nice though, and I love the caramel Frappe.

Today’s pizza and mozzarella marinara were as delicious as always. Nevertheless, the only server that was available was doing her best to attend all the tables with customers. Also, we could hear some people in the kitchen arguing loudly for a few minutes.
