    The worst customer service at front desk. I will explain. I had a reservation and arrived early in the morning to the hotel, around 9:30am, do to a meeting I had to attend to early in the afternoon that day ( at 1:00pm.). Being aware that check ins are at 3:00pm, I explained to the lady at the front desk my situation, and asked if it was possible to have one of the rooms I needed to be clean first, so I could do an early check in and don't miss my meeting. To which she said that she will see what she could do. Almost 3hrs later, around 12:00pm, with no time to get ready and attend my meeting, I came over to the front desk to know if they could get a room for me, to which, with and unkind tone and attitude, she said that there where still no clean rooms, that she doesn't know when there will be one, and that she has no information about when the cleaning staff are going to start cleaning them. (Something she could have said from the start and I would have gone somewhere else). I complained about their disgusting customer service and went back to my seat and started calling the other near hotels to see if there were any with rooms available. Less than 10mins after I began making calls, and that they saw me calling other places, they came to tell me that now they have a room. After 3hrs with empty rooms all morning because a full buss of tourists had left the building right before I arrived. From 9:30am to 12:30am they could not clean one of them, nor they cared about my needs and urgency because of the meeting I had and lost because of their incompetence. On the other hand I called the Marriot Sheraton hotel, and right after the lady on the phone her my urgency, she told me to come over that she could get me a room clean and ready in 30mins tops, using a tone of voice and attitude of care and willingness to help. Something that, at least on that day, no one had among the staff of the Napolitano Hotel. They do not care at all about the customers needs.

    This hotel was not worth the money. Yes it was in a good location, but everything there was kinda run down. It didn't look anything like the picture. The safe in my room was broken as well the door is also broken as well.

    Dont stay here.I booked the room for 725$. They charged me 715$ plus a separate 57$ which I dont what the 57$ charge was for. The receptionist made me pay for the minibar in cash which was about 100$ when I left and now they're charging me an extra 126$ a week after I've already been gone. It put me in the negative and I had to file a claim with my bank.

    This hotel has a nice view if your room is on the sea side view. Prices are higher than other hotels in that area that are way nicer than this one. This hotel is clean and allowed us to stay past our checkout time as our flight was later than checkout time. However it is rundown. Paint is peeling off the ceiling in the front lobby. Restaurant staff are rude and the prices charged for food cost more than a 5 star restaurant. Price for the amount of food and quality is not worth is as the portions of some of the entres are small. They don’t cater to special requests even though they yes you to death. You will get better prices and food quality at a local restaurant called Petrus or Buche in El Conde. Food at the hotel is subpar and they charge almost double on taxes. Wait staff have to be asked for everything, including forks, drinks, and plates. Don’t expect American wait service. Breakfast was not anything special even though they serve local breakfast buffet. This hotel can get very noisy at night. Locals come and have special events here and the party goes past 3am. When we asked the hotel front desk staff to do something about it they said there was nothing they could do. Locals will also park across the street and blast their car radios super loud. Front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about the noise disturbance when we asked them to call the cops as it was all night. The noise from the party didn’t stop until 5am and we didn’t get any sleep.

    We absolutely enjoyed our stay here.. Good hotel for a good price.. if you get the right room you can watch the ocean all day. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant has a good selection of Dominican style foods. The casino downstairs is ok, small selection of things to gamble but it's a good time killing spot. Traffic in the area can be noisy. All the staff there was great, laundry service is amazing, also they don't give you a hard time if friends stop by to visit (some hotels have security not allow for visitors) not a lot of places to park if you drive or rent a car. Plenty of food options in the area also.. we can definitely stay here again.. we enjoyed Santo Domingo:)

    It's cool but old hotel. The rooms are old, there is no mirror in the bathroom, and the size is small. The water kept going off. We had to call the front desk 4 times to get the water back on. My fiance got sick from the food there. We wasted a whole day in doors because he kept throwing up the mangu. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

    We enjoyed staying at this hotel ..staff are friendly and helpful .they tried to answer all our questions .. it's nice place to stay in ..I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to Santo Domingo Ghada,& Adel

    The service in the restaurant is terrible. The food is below par. I had to wait an hour and a half for my dinner. It is not the workers fault but management. The employees work very hard but management needs to hire more servers and cook. I would recommend replacing the management of the hotel.

    Room ok but ac blows cold or off..no thermostat...noise from street...tv had no English channels...not enough outlets for my computer and phone...had to unplug fridge to use iron...no wash cloth...slow service at the bar...food not good...breakfast free but not good...changed my stay to one night only. Front desk, bell man and maintenance were nice and hotel was clean.

    I went to the Napolitano hotel for a day pass. It is 1600 pesos for adults and 800 pesos for children. You get to use that amount on items from the menu on weekdays. During the weekends, they have a buffet that you can use and they would just discount the value of the meal from the 1600 pesos. For example, we had on an appetizer, to entrees, four alcoholic drinks, and a juice, and it all was still below what we paid for. We got to use the pool and they have Wi-Fi. It’s right on the malecón, so you have a great views of the Caribbean Sea.

    I want to say big thanks to the kitchen stuff. The food was one of the best I have tried in Dominican Republic. The pool is beautiful. I feel so happy that I found this place. Will come back 100%

    Hallo, das Hotel habe ich immer benutzt als Zwischenstopp wenn ich in die Hauptstadt fahre, aber es war jetzt das letzte mal wo ich es gebucht habe....... Der Preis ist gut aber das Frühstücksbuffet wird immer schlechter (habe vergessen ein Foto zu machen) und dieses mal hatten wir Pech dass wir ein Zimmer über der Diskothek bekamen.......kann es leider nicht mehr weiter empfehlen..... Schade

    We came here for a late lunch. The location is great with views of the ocean. We did not stay overnight. The food was decent. Prices were a bit high for the duality of the food. They had a birthday party and all of the sudden they played really loud music without warning. It caught all of us but surprise. We literally jumped out of our chairs. They could have warned us, it would have only taken a few seconds to do so. It seems like a place we’re locals hang out. They have a pool on the second floor next to the restaurant with music playing. It was far enough away that it was not a bother. I don’t think we will be returning here.

    Napolitano has exceptional customer service. I wanted to highlight Dixon, Maria, and Cesar also the older guy who works at bar sorry I didn't get his name. Yes you can find cheaper options but the service here is nonetheless exceptional. I look forward to returning soon. I stayed there February 8 through 11th. You guys are the best. The night guy who wears the nice suits deserves a raise exceptional quality of service. Marques Pearson

    Had it was great right up until they were getting me $400 a night room for a $50 night room and then security tried to extort money out of me when I was leaving but this food and service was great the pool absolutely fabulous but then they started charging me for a sweet instead of the room I had which was two double beds

    Stayed at the Napolitano while visiting a friend in Santo Domingo. Great hotel. Close to everything. Free breakfast. Good drinks. Amazing staff. This will be my hotel of choice when in Santo Domingo

    Hello, good evening, Mr. ROBERT GUZMAN writes to you. I was at your facilities on the 9th and leaving on the 13th and I found the hotel with a beautiful view. I was only inconvenienced and it was upon arrival when Mr. took us to the room. It seems to me that the name I saw on the statuette is Amin. I asked him if he could change 850 dollars for me, answering that in the casino they change it to 50x1, there was no problem until he went and he only gave me a change corresponding to 750 dollars I told him there was a mistake that I gave him 850 dollars he replied no that it was only 750 dollars my wife got quite upset I decided to leave it up to that point .. the next day I I went to the casino and asked for the change and the cup was 54.50. I was very disappointed. I hope it doesn't happen to the other customers.

    This hotel is pure garbage,the rooms are the size of a closet, really small , the Internet doesn't last 10 minutes without dropping, the only thing going for this piece of trash is that is close to a lot of restaurants, please avoid this hotel, is not worth the money at all

    Good service, nice view But if you want quiet sleeping time do not get rooms 310 to 320 or 410 to 420 pool has music time until 2am.. on 5th floor sound of music isn't that bad... Breakfast was very good.

👍👍 The venue is very cute, the view on the ocean is spectacular. The staff was super friendly this day. The food was really good and arrived extremely fast. I had Mofongo (So delicious) and Sancocho (very good)! The only pros was the dessert.
