My
family
(Wife,
2
kids
and
I)
spent
one
night
at
this
hotel
when
we
left
our
Punta
Cana
resort
to
explore
the
ancient
city
of
Santo
Domingo.
All
I
can
say
is
WOW.
I
couldn't
be
more
impressed.
I
was
Greeted
by
Bernice,
and
introduced
to
our
Butler
Santos.
they
escorted
us
through
an
unassuming
door
into
the
Lobby
of
our
"Casa".
We
were
immediately
greated
with
a
wonderful
air
conditioned
and
very
well
appointed
space.
Through
the
lobby,
we
step
into
the
courtyard.
A
scerene,
beautiful
outdoor
space
appointed
with
a
small
pool,
some
lounge
chairs
and
patio
furniture.
From
the
courtyard,
there
are
3
separate
guestrooms.
Inside
our
room,
we
had
2
large
Queen
beds
and
a
large,
luxurious
bathroom.
All
communication
with
staff
was
via
WhatsApp
messages,
which
we
found
very
convenient.
Eventhough
we
only
stayed
one
day,
the
staff
was
wonderful.
very
attentive,
professional
and
pleasant.
Huge
smiles
on
their
faces
made
us
all
feel
very
welcome.
Bernice,
Santos
and
Luis
were
the
3
staff
that
took
care
of
us
and
they
were
all
fantastic.
Bernice
made
us
last
minute
reservation
at
a
local
restaurant
(which
was
also
very
good),
and
Santos
got
us
settled
in
our
room,
got
our
luggage
from
the
car
and
parked
the
car
for
us.
The
included
a-la-cart
breakfast
was
served
to
us
in
the
lobby.
we
had
the
option
of
the
courtyard
as
well
lobby.
In
the
morning,
we
messaged
our
Butler
Luis
and
let
him
know
what
time
worked
for
us.
He
made
all
the
arrangements
and
served
us
a
fantastic
breakfast.
Overall,
we
all
thought
the
one
night
at
this
hotel
was
the
highlight
of
our
2
Week
stay
in
the
Dominican
Republic.
We
have
stayed
in
hotels
with
"Butler's"
in
the
past,
but
this
is
the
first
time
we
truly
felt
cared
for
and
pampered
to
such
a
personal
degree
by
the
butler.
Beautiful
hotel,
beautiful
people
in
a
beautiful
city.
If
we
ever
go
back
to
the
Dominican
Republic,
we
will
make
sure
we
plan
for
a
longer
stay
at
Casas
