When it comes to comfort, save and enjoy, I am present there and on this occasion they suggested this hotel and it really was an excellent choice. perfect 15 minutes from the airport and all the restaurants are in the center of 4-8 minutes

This is a hidden gem 💎 , rooms are clean and modern , centrally located in Naco, staff is friendly and the Restaurant is excellent.

I have stayed at the Hotel Aladino about 5 times over the past 2 years. The hotel staff is very friendly, the restaurant serves delicious food. I actually have hosted two business lunches at the Aladino and they have been very accommodating. There is a little business conference room that is a bit small but I have hosted meetings in the room and also in the restaurant. On my last trip, I was able to experience the newly renovated restaurant area and it really is nice. Note: This is not a LARGE hotel. It's a small quaint business travel hotel and if anyone says that the staff is unfriendly, most likely they just had a problem communicating. There are some of the staff who are fluent in English. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and I highly recommend the hotel for business travel.

I booked a room in this hotel for 2019 Christmas. It's amazing but the restaurant's' personnel doesn't assist you with a smile.They are not kind. I had dinner in their restaurant and at 8 p.m. they start to tell me many times that they're going to close. While eating, they didn't even ask me if everything was okay with the dinners or if I needed something. They only interrupted me like 3 times to tell me that they're going to close. So, they wanted me to leave. That happened to me 3 times in a row. That's so impolite! In addition, the rooms were clean. Nevertheless, they didn't change the bed sheets in the 7 days that I stayed in this hotel. I mean, this is so disgusting! I can't support it! Positive things: - Near to metro - It's in the city center - The food tastes really good (but the juice have a lot of sugar in) - Warming accueil I hope next time you change my bed sheets!!!😢

Cheap but the internet was horrible. Spoke to the front desk attendant and just stated there nothing that can be done.

I booked a room (last minute) for one night only. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Other than the restaurant at the hotel, there isn’t much to do. I also felt very safe staying here for the night.

I stayed at Hotel Aladino last Christmas and it was just amazing! I don't usually write reviews but this places deserves it. Since my arrival the service was incredible and the amenities were second to none. I would really recommend this place to anyone who travels to the DR since it's very well located at the center of the city and you will probably have all you need inside your room! If I could give more starts I would probably do.

This is a great little place to stay. Not a great, action, location but not to far from everything you need. The staff was excellent, I stayed here about 3 months ago and definitely will go back. Had a good FREE breakfast, rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had a good variety of food options and even good desert(Try that coco loco if you get a chance. Wasn't even that far from the referencia for the COVID test. It was a couple of blocks over and they had the result by the evening. Would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.

The staff is really friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable, especially room 300. The restaurant is really nice and the food is delicious. The only thing that complain about are flies in the restaurant. But, overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone.

A good choice for my 2019 Christmas visit to Santo Domingo. Spent 10 days and enjoyed the stay here. Great service from all staff that I encountered: front desk, restaurant, parking, and hotel services. If you're looking for a clean hotel with all the necessities - I think you'll find the accommodations very good.

Heard really good things about this place. I only attended to an activity at their restaurant, so can only talked about their service on food and drinks at this time. The place looks very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Good was really good! Quite environment!
