This hotel was absolutely incredible! Exceeded my expectations by far! They provided me with transportation everywhere I needed to go and took care of arranging my Covid test location/appointment for me before I left to fly home. The cleaning team organized all of our toiletries for us every day and gave my wife a vase for her flowers. They were excellent! The room service was top notch and the food was great! One of my favorite things they did was help me arrange to have flowers in our room for my wife when we arrived. Again, they went over the top to help us with everything! Alexandra was fantastic at the front desk! Every employee was so welcoming and helpful. You will not find a better hotel for the price. I will stay her every single time I travel to Santo Domingo. If you are looking for a place to stay…this is it! Trust me.

Good location if you want to stay near the center of the city. I got in very early and was extremely exhausted and passed out on that couch in the lobby. The front desk person was really nice and allowed me to get into my room before the 3pm check-in which was very much appreciated. The room is spacious, clean and the bathroom is nice. Overall a good option if you're staying in the city.

My stay at the Radisson was perfect. Check in was smoth. The place is quite central and rooms are VERY comfortable. Beds are great. Staff are is very helpful, particularly Gabriel who helped us several times during our stay, what a great hospitality. Certainly I will return!

This is my first-time staying here! I’m very familiar with Santo Domingo but was pleasantly surprised by how close this is to my husband's family. The area is excellent, the room is lovely, and we settled in immediately! I cannot wait to come back 🙏🏽

Stayed in this hotel overnight. My bathroom was clogged. Despite requests to change the room, the hotel made us stay in the room with clogged toilet. Had to use toilet in the lobby. Manager (Claudio Acosta) is rude! Front desk (Yerissa Alvara) is not responsive with poor communication skills. Will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away from these scammers.

It's a good all around hotel with great customer service and access to good amenities. I would say the price point is a bit high, particularly for the restaurant and bar. Gym is not located in the hotel itself but in a nearby complex, however, it is world class. 4 floors with an Olympic sized pool.

We stayed here 4 nights and we had a comfortable experience. We’ve stayed here a few times now, when visiting SDQ. Front concierge and check in staff are very friendly and attentive. Will be back!

We paid for our room in full prior to check in. Upon check in, we were informed that we had to pay a $200 deposit in case of damages. A deposit we were not aware of prior to booking. We checked out and was informed that the credit card we used for the "deposit" would be refunded within 24 hours. We didn't receive a copy of anything. They took our room cards and gave us a receipt stating that we were changed 0.01 (for what?? I don't know, it was paid in full when we checked in). The receipt said nothing of the $200 we were supposed to get back. It has been over a week since we checked out and we still haven't been credited back. This is a shady business at best. Aside from the obvious scam of $200 at check in and 0.01 at check out, the room was worn down and had stains all over the bathroom. The hotel still hasn't contacted us about where our $200 is, either. Needless to say, but we are NEVER staying here again, nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone. What a disgrace!

This Hotel manage poor quality and service. I wouldn't recommend the experience booking a room cause even their workers treatment is even worst. People that worked for 5, 10+ years hasn't get their money back and it looks like they don't want to pay. Is really sad to go to a place that has treated their workers bad holding their money and trying to play smart just giving excuses about it. Won't support any administration that abuse smartly their workers for their own benefits. Incredible. Hope these poor people get paid one day.

The rooms here are great. They are surly big enhouf. The only thing is for a hotel like this we would love to have a mini bar ore a refrigerator to keep our drinks cold. At the desk you could ask for MISS Alexandra she will be happy to give you some info about the areas and where to go. Enjoyyyy

Very satisfied with the room, it was clean, well kept and appealing. Service was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone considering a hotel in the area.

I visited for 5 days. The front desk staff was great! They deserve 5 stars themselves. They provided us with any information we needed about the area. They insured our transportation was ontime and safe whenever we needed it. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The water smelled bad but I think it's just the water smell of the DR. The hotel is in a central location so we had easy access to the highways, restaurants, and a few malls. The only thing I would change is the hours of the pool. It closed at 6. The food was good. Most importantly the staff helped me make my sister feel so special on her birthday with a cake. Thank y'all so much for a great experience...

Breakfast was bad and customer service at front desk was bad also the house keeper stole my wife translator from our room . Nothing have been done about it they promise me the manager will call me no manager called. Very unprofessional hotel only want your money not good service never again. Still haven’t heard from the manager yet it’s been over 8 days no manager returned phone call. Please don’t give them your business you will not be happy there. It’s August 19 the manager still haven’t call me or resolved the situation just want to let whoever look 👀 at my situation please think twice by staying at that hotel very bad customer service and manager . Aw the photos of the swimming pool looks like it’s big it’s not very small and not clean around the pool. Radisson hotel told Apple vacation they’re not going to accommodate us for our inconvenience stay at the hotel. The day we got married we walked into a dirty room and water on the floor . I will never do any business with Radisson hotel anymore. I will be calling Corporate about this . I advise everyone stay at your own RISK there . Bad business no good hotel only want your money no good service and that’s all they can say we’re sorry no refund my credit card ended in 3954 don’t say you’re sorry refund me some money back

They charge $50 at the check in just in case you drink something from the fridge and then at the check out the receptionist doesn't know how to make a refund...ridiculous!

Dope Hotel. Friendly staff. Not far from downtown. And pool area is pretty nice. Only thing that's not all that is parking. Parking is kinda limited. Other than that, this hotel is the one you'll want to stay!
