Stayed there 08/02/2023-08/05/2023.This was a really good hotel spacious rooms spacious everyone from the front desk staff to the waitstaff that I interacted with were incredibly awesome. One young lady stood out her service was Angelica was awesome. They do have a really nice swimming pool the wall is kind of high so you lose the sun about 3:30 when I stayed. The food in the restaurant was very good five stars for that. The only issue I have is there Marriott does not have Coke products if you are a Coke persons stock up before you arrive.

The place was nice and the people were friendly. BUT... Please check your bill afterwards. I booked a room for one night. I was told, the room was $115 per night. When I got back to America, they had charged my credit card $200 plus a $45 extra charge. I was there in February 2023 and have been calling them since. The manager said she doesn't know what those charges are for and she "will investigate"... since February. Be VERY careful of this establishment!

Great hotel with clean and modern rooms. However, the room comes with free breakfast for only one person. Each additional person is $20; which is not wise and practical.

Very nice room, quite and comfy, no bathtub 🛁 though, but a very nice shower... Hot water a bit slow to reach.. Personnel is very courteous, helpful and nice. Small gym but quite, not crowded.. Breakfast (starts at 6:30am) is small but nice, many ingredients to request for omelette. Thank you

The hotel was shut down during COVID to complete a full overhaul of the building. Now, it is like a brand new hotel. The furniture, amenities and décor are all great. I ate at the wonderful restaurant (I recommend the grilled vegetables, Caesar salad, and cheesecake) multiple times. Be prepared that the breakfast buffet, while excellent, is very expensive. Most rooms have a cute balcony and it is a very cheap uber ride to zona colonial.

Business hotel . Fully renovated during the Covid-19 crisis. So everything is clean and new . Good value for money. Location is not very special. Transport is needed

The hotel was nice, and it felt very safe. Make sure you have your key when you ride the elevator or you won't be able to get to your floor. That seemed like a pain at first, but I appreciated that it was secure. The food was ok, and we were able to drink the water and the ice that they served.

Nice hotel with recently updated rooms and friendly service. Close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. We would stay here again.

Tried to book a room here through my Bonvoy App as a Marriott Platinum Elite and tried to use my Bonvoy American Express however, when it came down to the payment area it said they don't accept American Express, this is the first time I have ever encountered this with a Marriott not accepting their own card... very strange.

Very nice hotel, great location, traffic to the hotel is unbelievable. Be prepared to be at your wits end up in arrival. Once you do arrive it is a fresh modern hotel. Decent restaurant and a host of facilities. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was perfect, the view well....it was a green grass wall. None the less a great stay.

The hotel is pretty nice, with a nice pool and a bar/restaurant in ground floor. Breakfast is pretty good with the option to ask for omelettes that will be done for you at request and very good pastries (yet not that many). Rooms are nice, not much of a view, only downside is that you do get a fair ammount pf light in them when drapes closed. Service is not great: after asking for conditioner three times (once to a manager) I never got a refill. Only gor handcream and soap on check in for a 3 night stay. Do not tale the taxis, overpriced and not professional drivers, better to uber to uour destination.

Everything great except of the restaurany prices. I mean I order a soup Sancocho, they bring it to room packed in paper as if it is for take out. The soup was the size of a morning cup of coffee in breakfast buffet and I payed it 15$ with a discoount I had. This was deffinitelly the most expensive soup in my life and the smalles by size. In the oder hand, breakfast buffet is amazing, excellent choices. Very good coffee! Front Desk stuff very kind, friendly and helpfull. Rooms good looking and clean. Lobby looks cozy. In the center.

We got the room in the 5 floor, it was spacious, clean and nice, the matress and the pills on the king size bed as well as the linens were of a very good quality. The bathroom got a hotline of shampoo, another one with shower gel but the third bottle for hair conditioner was empty. Also, you might take into account that the bottles of drinking water are not included in the price, they do charge additionally for it if consumed. Although the hotel is close to Malecón and in the center of the city, it was very calm and silent during night hours and we slept very well even with the open window as we did not like air conditioning for the whole night, just to cool down the room a bit before going to sleep. They do serve the breakfast for an additional price but we have to leave early and had not chance to try it. But people seemed pleased with their breakfast. Very reasonable price for the quality and location, we’ll be definitely come back!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Check in was smooth, staff speak perfect English, rooms are nice. I didn’t notice but my boyfriend pointed out that he could hear everything from the hallway due to thin walls. So i can only imagine how much our neighbours might have heard when we had wild sex at 3AM in the morning hahaha I’d stay in this hotel again. Location is also amazing!

This hotel was on a very busy street and took a bit to get to with all the one way streets but we'll worth it. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were extremely large but lacked in storage. The breakfast was worth every dollar and the bar was well stocked.

It was the best experience ever and thank you, all associated was wonderful from the front office to the to housekeeping and the restaurant, please keep it just like that or better, thank you 😊

Excellent hotel, even better after a thorough renovation.

The staff is excellent for the most part except for the supervisor who was supposed to respond to my complaints but didn't. I have no clue as to why they spent all this time and money during the pandemic to refurbished the property, but use these noisy old one piece wall air conditioning units. I was changed rooms twice and both units were trash. I used 12,000 rewards points to get zero hours of sleep. I have stayed here many times over 15 years, but from now on I will pay the extra cost and stay at the Juargua.

Had a junior suite and was bare and disappointing. Ac did not keep room below 19c. No room service, no titanium recognition.

The entire Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but my hats off to Lorna Feliz for handling a noisy situation for me and moving those Guests to another location. Warm greeting upon arrival with very attentive staff thereafter. Gym facilities up to date and kept clean, pool was lovely and cool which was perfect when the temperatures peaked. Room was large and bed so wide I couldn't touch the sides at all, being 6ft4, this was an added comfort. Only negligible parts was that breakfast was served early and then not restocked, room view was lacking too as I could see the bins.

So far outstanding customer service, a place you will always want to come back. All of the employees from the receptionist, waiters, cooks, cleaners etc are exceptional always trying to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. Have been in few different places before but had never had the luck to have such a great experience with all the employees. They go out of they way to make you feel the best. If I could I would give them 10 stars
