    The staff here in Santo Domingo Dominican Republic are so polite and genuinely friendly. They strive to make you feel at home. Claudio & Julio served me well everyday for my long stay here on business and greeted me each day

    Great hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Wish I could give 5 stars but there was issues with water pressure and no hot water. Please fix.

    Excelente hotel and excellent team. Hotel has upgraded its rooms, restaurant and common areas. Pleasant surprise. Special thanks to the Food and Beverage team especially Gabriela, Dante and Keilin. I appreciate your service. The whole food and beverage team really moved my stay from good to excellent.

    Breakfast was excellent! Freddy, Michael, Jose, Gabriella, and Rafflella delivered outstanding customer service! Along with a great variety of breakfast items to choose from. Cooked very nicely. I can’t wait to comeback to stay at this HIG, in D.R. It was a pleasure meeting everyone. My favorite thing was the natural juices that are served in the morning. Thanks again! - Castillo Family

    My room attendant, Santa Ruiz was fantastic! Love the tissue flower in the bathroom. Was a great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

    Nice upscale hotel. I really liked the option to park for free below the hotel. The service was also good, and as a Platinum Elite member I was upgraded to a room on a high floor. But that's also where things are disappointing. The room I got was the exact same room I booked except that it was on a high floor. The only difference is that normally this room gets lounge access on the top floor (the view out the window is nothing special, so being on the 8th floor instead of the 3rd floor is no big deal when it comes to the view). But because I booked the original room with points, I wasn't given access to the lounge, even though I was upgraded to a room that normally has lounge access. This was very disappointing because it meant that my elite IHG status and my upgrade were pointless for the stay. Who cares if you get upgraded to a higher floor when your new room is identical to your original room and the only difference is now that it takes longer to ride the elevator to your new room? So overall it was a disappointing stay, and I wish IHG would change that system. I would have rather stayed in my original room on the lower floor if I had known that my upgrade would be the exact same room with no additional benefits. It would have saved me time every time I had to go back downstairs and up again.

    We had a great experience. We've been here a few times. The hotel and the rooms were super cleaned. I'd definitely come back. Their staff (cleaning lady) Santa Ruiz was very attentive and making sure if we had everything we need.

    My family enjoyed our time here especially bcz of the wonderful service we experienced with the Staff overall. Freddy Claudio was friendly professional, attentive and very helpful! Marta who was assigned to our room for cleaning services was always diligent and always left little tokens to make us smile whenever we got back.

    Excellent service, especially by Claudio and Chef Rafaela at the restaurant. Attention to details, always remember my name and greet me with a warm welcoming smile. The reception desk is also very friendly, professional and accommodating. I will continue to stay at this Holiday Inn hotel when I come to Santo Domingo

    ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE. The noise factor was the worst. We didn't sleep all night. Everything can be heard. The hallway smells of Urine, mold and you can feel dampness. The carpet in the our room was wet, my socks were pick up all the hair. Dirty bathroom, clog sick and shower. I would have left the second I got to the room but after Flying with my 91 year old mom is just wasn't an option. The breakfast was okay only because the waiter was nice. I would give this hotel a ZERO if that was a choice. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

    Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. They compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk was really informative. We spent some time at the pool and the drinks and service at the bar were great. The location is good if you want to explore Santo Domingo. I would recommend this place to anybody.

    Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. Omg I have been to ALOT of Holiday Inn and this one has to be the BEST !!! The breakfast , the service,the hospitality are top notch this is my first time in Dominican Republic and man so far my family is having a amazing time here thanks Jonny and all the staff for great service !

    Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and bilingual. Located downtown so restaurants, a mall and a beer garden were all within walking distance. Def worth a stay

    Omg I have been to ALOT of Holiday Inn and this one has to be the BEST !!! The breakfast , the service,the hospitality are top notch this is my first time in Dominican Republic and man so far my family is having a amazing time here thanks Jonny and all the staff for great service !

    Good rooms and bed. Expensive (25 US$) breakfast compared to the quality of it. Very noisy Street, so try to book a room at the backside of the hotel Service is slow, and a limited amount of personnel seems available., E.g. just the small coffee corner is open in the morning and you first have to find someone to serve you. Not worth the money imo

    It's a nice place but it's lo aged on a busy road no late sleeping in due to honking of horns but it's within walking distance of two beautiful malls. The breakfast was good lots to choose from. The front desk staff very nice and hpful.

    Staff are great. The food is mediocre and overpriced. The choice is limited. The entire hotel smells of damp and mold. 48hrs there and all of my clothes and bags will need to be sterilised. Do not stay here if you have a mold sensitivity.

    Located in a great area, close to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping centers. Clean and well decorated. Great staff! Beds were somewhat uncomfortable, otherwise they'd be getting 5 stars

    I really enjoyed my stay. So did my friends. The hotel is well kept, the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was delish and had many options. The hotel is pretty much near everything which is great. I will definitely be staying there again.
