I left my phone in a cab they called, and despite minimal communication on my part, they recovered my phone and held on to it for a week. When I finally contacted them a week later, they had it ready to send. Really appreciate their help with this!

This hotel seems to be doing some renovations. The rooms are clean and have a kitchen unit in each. The internet was not a high speed but was stable and could support video. By far the best reason to stay is the fabulous buffet breakfast!!!! Worth the price!

Let me start by saying that the employees are wonderful people, and they work hard. The top floor is a club and at 11pm people start shuffling in, yelling and shouting. The rooms have no sound insulation. There is thumping music that is turned up so loud, that my whole room vibrates with the bass. This is NOT a hotel, it is a NIGHT CLUB I do NOT recommend. WORST HOTEL I have stayed in. Stay somewhere else.

Oh my where do I start I will just have to say I will not be returning to this Hotels it’s TERRIBLE!!!’ The noice is insane there a night club in the premises and the music does not allow you to sleep. The bed are very uncomfortable the hotel is outdated to enter the hotel at night due to the club there’s a massive traffic Jam. I went to Breakfast about 8:20am which it includes “free breakfast “ and it’s trash there’s was not many options and it was cold . Guys it was just a terrible weekend overall at that hotel.

My favorite part of my stay was the incredible service by the employees! It’s a decent place, although feels like it might need to modernize a lot of it’s amenities.

I made a reservation for two days. The room had a very strong chlorine smell. The breakfast was included but the restaurant was overwhelmed and there was not enough staff to clean and service. The kitchen was in deplorable conditions and when mentioned to the manager he indicated that we were not supposed to peek in the kitchen. We decided to leave immediately and requested a refund for the second night and the manager said that it would take 30 days and we never received it. It is unfortunate because it is a well located hotel

Great staff service, there’s too much smoking for our taste, the breakfast was great but the pool and gym have been permanently closed since the pandemic.

Deplorable facility and probably the dirtiest I’ve ever been. Do not trust the 4.1 star given by Google, impossible to get that under the current conditions. Stained and dirty wall, stained curtains, stained and smelly sheets, sticky night stand, broken night stand, broken door stopper, dirtiest shower I’ve ever experience in a hotel. DO NOT stay here, way too many better option in the area for the same or similar price

The overall experience at Weston Suites Hotels was very poor! I went to the hotel to rest and was not able to sleep at all. The hotel has a club in the upper floor and in the room I was staying at the 7th floor the music was so loud, I could not sleep at all. Even though some calls were made to the reception, no solution was given and the music stopped at 6:00 a.m. Even though the price seems alright and the location is good, the experience was very bad. Would not recommend.

Place to avoid. My organization had booked this place. Went there for 13 days and asked to move elsewhere because of lack of cleanliness, bad services, disco noises until four in the morning. The advertised pool and gym are not functional. Worst though, the exchange rate they are using. for 13 days it cost me approximately the equivalent of two night stays, in exchange rate administration. The clerck at front desk when I went back for explanation and see if they had not made a mistake was rude and firmly told me that it was the common practice in santo domingo hotels. Which is not true. I spent 34 days after in a much nicer and less pricy hotel nearby that I enjoyed very much and where i ended up paying only a minimal 20 CAN in administration of exchange rate, when I left.

Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Hotel is sterile in the sense of not having a restaurant or bar. In the evening nothing is close by so that makes dinner and such complicated. Breakfast selections are limited and it starts a little late. But the service was very good.

Very Very Low Quality Hotel: Late night disco music nearly every night - VERY loud music can be heard from the 9th floor disco every night, all night, even as low as the 2nd floor it was still clearly audible. AC did not work - asked to switch rooms, did not accommodate (sweated for my whole stay) Shower cuts out - Water went out mid-shower Amenities poor - No pool or gym (although advertised), breakfast was low quality and even when I showed up before 8 there still was very little food available. I'd stronglllyyyyyy suggest another hotel!

Same breakfast every day. It start at 7am-10am. If you get there after 8 don’t expect any food left. Staff are very unfriendly. The room is big but there’s no end tables because the bed is between 2 closets. No pool

No swimming pool or gym like in the pictures, and big issues with Bookings, be careful

Noisy hotel, disco open to public until 5AM. Dirty bathrooms and parking inconvenient, reserved for disco clients not hotel guests. Unresponsive night front desk. If you want to rest at night forget it.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. They compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it. The staff was very customer oriented.. exceeded my expectations..security staff looked out for me and letting me know what times to go out. Will definitely come back plus location is close to good malls and areas of town. Although at night be very careful

The staff was very professional and nice. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely firm (like sleeping on the floor!). The TV didn't work. The gym is not operating (all machines are old and don't even work). I don't believe I would stay here again. Breakfast was good tasting but it was cold.

Where to start ! This Hotel is still very outdated despite of the pictures, but it looks like they’re doing some work have to say , it’s full of disgusting roaches, rusty bathrooms, the fridge was super old and dirty, AC was not working right , if you want warm breakfast recommend you to be there at time they bring it out otherwise it will be cold they don’t keep it warm, parking was difficult because they close the exit at night had to reverse in a tiny way with cars in the middle ( they should not let cars park on those spaces) to leave thru the entrance, $100.USD + tax it’s definitely not worth for a hotel in this condition they should close it until the fix everything and maybe then charge that , don’t get me wrong the location is great (not for walking) and the staff was great ! They were nice and friendly!

A lot of noise in the night as they have disco at 9th floor and it rocks all the floors and rooms till 4AM. No reception help to stop this. The final price is at least 20% more than the price after tax at Booking. Booking support does not work for this hotel. Free 888 phone published asks "what company are you calling?"

Comfortable and close to BMW Motorrad. Perfect for my need to service our motorcycle. Good breakfast and clean. Unfortunately, no bar or exterior pool to relax to.

Horrible experience. They missed our reservation was close to not get the room. After we wanted call taxi and the guy doesn’t know the way. Then it was people screaming on the reception at 1:00 am. We called reception to calmed them down and they did nothing. We asked change bed sheets they said yes and when we come to room they did Nothing. Horrible. Never ever
