Awesome location at the center of the Zona. Booked for 2 weeks during the holidays & satisfied. Breakfast is delivered to your door at your chosen time each morning. WiFi signal very strong while using multiple devices at the same time. Entrance door only opened by security swipe tag key or reception. Friendly & quiet neighbor. Supermarket, restaurants and tourist attractions at walking distance no more than 5-10mins away.

Picked this hotel randomly for one night in the colonial area. The staff doesn't speak English at all. We had a room on the lower floor. It wasn't perfectly clean, had a pretty heavy smell, wouldn't risk to use the kitchen. The AC worked, hot water did not. Breakfast was brought to the room at 8, no choice, just a bit of eggs, bread and fruits with coffee and juice. Cost us around $50 USD for a night.

The room's floor and appliances were poorly cleaned, they offered me an opened, used roll of toilet paper and a request to have breakfast at an earlier hour was denied. There is no cable and the programs offered to watch TV online didn't work because of poor internet connection. There is no elevator service and the hotel is very close to a noisy street making it hard to rest. There was also broken furniture in the room.

Very nice staff, clean rooms however during our stay there was no hot water. But everything else was great.
