During
my
stay
at
the
hotel,
Luis
v.
My
experience
was
very
poor
and
disappointing.
Starting
with
my
reservation.
I
did
it
first,
though,
Airbnb
,
and
the
hotel
owner
didn't
accept
it,
and
when
I
approached
the
front
desk.
The
receptionist
called
him.
A
d
mentioned
my
reservation.
The
owner
told
him
that
he
couldn't
accept
my
reservation
that
I
had
to
make
right
there
at
the
front
desk
.
Was
late
night.
1,
the
receptionist
told
me
that
he
didn't
have
rooms
available
on
the
ground
floor.
And
assigned
me
one
on
the
second
floor.
When
I
entered
the
room.
First,
a
crockroach
was
playing
in
the
room.
The
bed
sheets
were
stained
and
with
a
very
bad
smell.
The
room
is
very
humid.
You
couldn't
breathe
well.
I
mentioned
it
to
the
front
desk.
And
then
he
showed
me
another
room
on
the
ground
floor,
when
I
was
told
that
not
rooms
were
available
on
the
ground
floor.
The
second
one
was
even
worse
than
the
first
one.
I
told
the
front
desk
that
I
would
not
stay
at
the
hotel,
then
he
showed
me
another
room.
This
was
better.
With
a
king-size
bed.
Because
the
receptionist
told
me
that
only
doble
beds
were
available.
He
and
the
owner
lied.
No
customer
service.
They
don't
care
about
it.
The
girl
at
the
front
desk.
In
the
morning,
she
apologized
and
empathize
with
me
for
the
inconvenience
caused
during
the
night.
She
really
cares
about
the
customers
